^bc why not? also this chap might be a lil longer, so i hope this feeds the 5 clowns that are reading this until i come out of my early hibernation. which is probably gonna be until the next 2 years or so? who cares. anyway your free trash is waiting for you. eat it while it's hot.
edit: i didn't lie about that 2 years later shit.
of course taehyung wasn't lying when he said, that he would take his baby joonie out to get a makeover.
the two were currently roaming the mall, and so far had no luck finding an outfit they could both agree on. they might have circled the main part of the building at least twice, before they got tired and decided to get some pretzels. the two sat in silence for the most part, only their breathing being heard.
"you wanna go search again? not because i have like no life and you're one of my only three friends." taehyung asked fake laughing and looking around nervously.
"of course i will taetae. not because you're my one literal friend." namjoon said mimicking his best friend's laugh and facial expressions. what's so bad about having no friends? namjoon always preferred being alone. of course taehyung was one of the few people he could tolerate. it wasn't as if he couldn't make friends, it's just he thought that people were fake and they had no benefit to him. taehyung on the other hand was the total opposite of all the cons namjoon had mentally listed.
taehyung was constantly there to provide namjoon with support in anything he did and laugh with him when he was down. he's glad that he could have such a crackhead as his best friend and soulmate.
"lol i just can't with you babes. lol. please stop. and i oop. whew chile." teahyung said spitting out random online slang that made namjoon's head spin. "did i just say 'lol'?" namjoon just sat staring at his friend, mouth agape.
"okay sweetie, no more pretzels for you. let's go look for my outfit." namjoon said collecting the items off of the table, and making his way to the trashcan. he turned back around towards taehyung, who was nodding his head. he didn't miss the smirk that made its way across taehyung's face, but didn't comment on it.
"how about we go and pay our good friend forever 21 a visit?" namjoon couldn't believe what just came out of his tae's mouth so he laughed, assuming it was a joke.
"what's so funny? i'm being serious joonie. i think you'd look cute in a crop top." taehyung said shrugging his shoulders.
"a crop top? do they not sell clothing for men?"
"i mean they do but i just think you'd be a little cutie in one." tae retorted with a pout. namjoon knew that taehyung was trying to make him fall for his schemes, and it was working. he just couldn't resist when his friend acted this way.
"you know what? i will, but only because i think i'd look pretty cute in a crop too. plus you're paying for everything." taehyung didn't care at the moment, he was just happy to style his friend in a way he's never before.
"thank you so much. you won't regret it, i promise." he said squealing and hugging namjoon's side. taehyung interlocked his fingers with namjoon's and began skipping to the store.
"i really hope i don't." namjoon said mumbling under his breath as they stepped into the store. he was immediately dragged and forced to sit down, as taehyung went around the store ripping clothing off of racks.
namjoon's attention was soon turned behind him to the cashier who he caught smiling at him. he was extremely attractive, and was staring directly into his eyes. he felt himself blushing from eye-contact and put his head down. he could still feel the eyes of the worker on his and was tempted to look up again, when he heard loud footsteps rushing towards him. taehyung stood in front of him, holding many selected items in each arm.
