Soon we will arive at our new home. Emmy said it would be about twenty minutes.
"So what brings you here?" Emmy asks.
"I'm a medical examiner. I was transferred here to Forks. What school do you two go to?" Neil ask.
"Forks High school. Hope to be seeing you around there." Rose says smiling through the mirror.
"Like wise." I say looking at my ,unknowingly to her, sister-in-law.
"You came here just in time for prom. It's in two days. We had a family thing outside of Forks, but it's a good thing or else we'd have never really met till next year. You wanna come with us? I'm sure the school wont mind you being new and all." Emmy says looking back at me.
"Ummm..." I say looking at my hands.
"Go Jade it'll be enlightening." Neil says taking my hand.
"I'll go sure! Sounds like fun." I say smiling at them.
"We're here." Emmy says pulling into the driveway.
It was s'moretastic!... I have a thing for marshmallows...don't judge.
"S'moretastic." I whisper as we get out of the car.
I look up at the tall beautiful house and all I could do was smile. It was my dream house...well tree house. I hugged Neil and squealed.
"S'moretastic! I love it! It's beautiful." I say jumping up and down like a little girl.
"I'm glade you like it." He says pulling me into a hug and kissing the top of my head.
I run up the stairs at human speed then fling the doors open. It smelled like lemon and soft vanilla.
Emmett and Neil came in with our bags while Rose stands next to me.
"This is beautiful." She says looking around.
"Only the best for my Emmberllen." Neil whispers picking me up and dancing me around to a room with no music.
"I thought your name was Jade." Rose says watching us.
We stop and Emmett walks over me caressing my face. He looks at me his eyes searching.
"It's not possible." He whispers falling to his knees and taking me with him.
"It is... You know if I could still cry I'd be balling right now." I say looking at him.
"What's going on?" Rose asks.
Emmett pulls me into a hug nearly breaking my back. He did break like two of my ribs and earned a growl from Neil.
"Angel meet your sister in law, Emmberllen McCarthy, my little sister." Emmy says standing up and pulling me with him as my ribs snap back into place.
"I... Hello, you're a vampire too then?" She asks.
"Not my choice, but I like it so far." I giggle walking over to her.
"It's nice to meet you." She says pulling me into a 'warm' loving hug.
"Neil here is to one who turned me. He's my best friend, and he's how I found you guys." I say walking over to him when she let go.
"What happened?" Emmy asks.
"Well when you up an vanished I looked for you everyday in the woods, but you were never there. Almost four years. One day I fell asleep. I woke up to a man watching me. He toyed with me and Neil came and saved me." I say looking up at him.
"She was nearly dead, but she was to beautiful to let die." Neil says sitting down at our island.
"If you loved her this much then why did you come here as her father?" Rose asks.
"Because she is to naive and innocent." He says walking over to me.
"Hn? I don't understand." I say looking at him.
"I'm in love with you... I always have been."
