"I've got it, Jade." Neil says looking over my shoulder.
"Thank you." I say taking my bag.
"Jade, drop your bag." Neil says walking away.
I drop my bag and look over at him.
A girl trips over it and I catch her.
"I'm so sorry! I.." I start, but the girl shake her head and a boy comes over.
"It's my fault." She says as I help her up right.
"Are you okay?" I ask looking at her.
"Yes, um... are you?" She asks.
"Yes, I'm Jade Ward, I'm new here and I can't seem to find my father." I say looking around.
"I'm Bella, and this is Edward." She says looking up at the boy.
"Is that him over there? The man who looks as of he is about to have a heart attack?" Edward asks.
"Yes! Oh my marshmallow fluff! Thank you!" I say acting relieved while blocking most of my thoughts.
"Not a problem Miss." He says looking at me.
" You're not from around here are you? The bag, I don't think anyone here has read The Chronicles of Vladimir Tod." Bella says.
"No. Oh! I should get going, we have to find our house." I say looking away.
"Do you have a ride?" A new girl asks coming up behind Edward.
"No, N- my dad made me leave Baby, my car. He said he'd have someone bring her within the week." I say looking down sadly.
"We could give you a ride, if you'd like." She girl asks.
"That would be lovely."
I look up to see Neil standing next to me.
"Dad you shouldn't impose on people." I say looking at him.
"I insist. Hello I'm Carlisle Cullen, this is Esme, my lovely wife. Edward, Alice, Jasper, and those two over there are Rosalie, and Emmett. And this Is Bella Swan, Edward's girlfriend." The tall blonde says.
' Every time I look back there are more off them! They're multiplying! Oh no. I see more! There are two more. They multiply by two!' I yell in my head looking up to see two more: Rosalie and Emmett.
Edward laughs, and Neil pinches my arm.
"Hello I'm Jade Ward and my dad, Neil Ward." I say waving nervously at them while avoiding eye contact.
"So were do you need to go?" Emmett asks and my head snaps up.
"A girl told me the house was bordering the Indian territory, most likely in the middle of the woods." Neil says.
"Okay. You can ride with Emmett and Rosalie." Carlisle says looking at me.
"Mister Ward! Please come to the front desk! Mister Niel Ward!"
Neil is called over the PA system.
"We'll meet you outside." Emmett says as they walk away.
"What did you do?" I ask Neil sceptically.
"Speed ordered your truck, it should be here tomorrow." He says as we walk away.
"I thought I wasn't supposed to talk to them! Now we are riding with Emmy." I say looking at Neil.
"Plans change, Alice is their psychic, she scared the twins away, we won't see them for a while." He says as we get to the desk.
"Mister Ward? Yes? Your truck will be here, around eight in the morning." The lady says oogaling at him.
'Such a flirt, I don't like it.'
"Daddy! Can I get a dog?" I ask latching myself to his arm.
"No?" He says in more of a question.
"Pwees?!"I whine looking at him with puppy eyes.
"Fine."
I look at the lady and she looks annoyed.
'Good you can't have my Neil.'
We walk away outside to the parking lot.
"You didn't have to do that." He says with me still holding onto his arm.
"Yes, I did. You are mine, that girl can't have you. You are mine, Neil. And she was just flirting with you like a slut." I say looking at him.
"Hey! Alice told us you would get your car till sometime this week. Here's my number call me if you need a ride." Emmett says as they walk up to us.
"Not a car. She is a Ford Outlaw 2007 soft leather full tech dash, with the newest sound system. Her name is Baby."
"2007?" He asks looking at me his eyes wide.
"And she's beautiful." I say looking at him.
"Have we met before? You remind me of someone." Emmett says.
I panic a bit trying to think of an excuse.
"Yeah yourself, Love." Rosalie says hugging him.
'Oops. That was close.'
