The Power of the (Ultimate) Ninja

(A/N: Hey people. Sorry for not updating this for, like, a year. I got caught up in a lot of things. Mostly college, games and I keep getting ideas for new books or existing books. I have another part for this book already done as well so depending on how this part goes for you all, I might post it right after. Anyway, enjoy this part.)

Chisa POV:

Today was a new day and the first day the class will finally be all together. I walked in and saw the usual 5 along with some others. I got to the podium and waited a bit before others slowly came in. It was time for school to start and I noticed only one seat was empty. I huffed, puffed my cheeks out and walked to the door. I slid it open and walked out and bumped into someone. I backed up and saw (Y/N) standing there, wearing his normal clothing and a sword strapped to his back. The only difference with his clothing now is that he had a long-sleeve undershirt.

(Y/N): Any reason?

Chisa: And where were you?

(Y/N): At the cherry blossom. I go there to meditate or train every morning. Depends on the day.

Chisa: Mmm. Okay. I'll let it slide this time. Why do you have your sword with you?

(Y/N): Never think you're safe. Always be on edge. Never let your guard down. Even in areas you're familiar with. That's what my master always told me.

Chisa: Okay. I can't really say take it off because there isn't really a dress code besides modesty. Now, class is about to start so take a seat.

(Y/N): Is there a moment where you aren't cheery?

Chisa: Nope. *skips to podium*

As I skipped away, I heard (Y/N) sigh and close the door before walking towards the final open seat. I stood at the podium and watched (Y/N) until he sat at his desk. Once he was at his desk, I smiled and started teaching the lesson.

TIMESKIP

(Y/N) POV:

I heard the bell ring, signifying that we finally had lunch. This day is going by a lot longer now because I'm being forced to be in class. As soon as the bell rang, I instantly stood up and walked out of the room. I don't want to be in class. Why doesn't anyone understand that? I don't want to be around people. All because of... I shake the memories out of my head and walk into the lunchroom. I get my lunch and sit at a random table and I start eating. After a couple seconds, I heard a chair move at my table and saw Sonia sitting down. She smiled at me and started eating as well. She didn't really say much. Just sat there and we ate in silence. It was a little uncomfortable but we continued eating. After a while, I finished my food and threw it away before walking out of the cafeteria and the building. I walked to the fountain and laid down on one of the benches.

(Y/N): What's wrong with these people? I just want to be alone. I don't want a repeat. Not another one. Anything but another one.

I closed my eyes and continued laying on the bench. Not even a minute later, something covered the sun and I opened my eyes, seeing Sonia's face leaning over me and smiling at me.

Sonia: Did you come here to relax?

(Y/N): I came here to get away.

Sonia: Do you not like any of us?

(Y/N): I can't give an answer to that yet. But I will say, I don't push you all away because of dislike.

Sonia: That is a good enough answer. Can I sit with you?

I looked at her for a second before sighing and sitting up. Sonia sat next to me and was about to speak but someone called her name.
