Patrol -3

So hey, it's me again your quarantined author; and her editors AANekoo & FanFics4u667! I hope you all are doing okay in times like these, so I decided to write a 3rd chapter for my readers. Thank you and good night! -or day-

Marinette's Pov-

"Uggghhhh!" I exclaim as I sit in our special spot on the Eiffel Tower. He should be here by now. I think to myself as I check my yo-yo for the time. Well, it's already 7:20. He must be busy, I'm just gonna start and do his shift as well. As I stand up and head towards the park where my patrol starts, I hear an abruptly cut off scream. That sounded like a little girl!

"Shit." I almost whisper to myself as I race in the direction where I heard the scream.

"Well looks like we have a little guest for my talent show!" I hear a voice say as a blue light flashes and cuts out. It sends shivers down my spine. As I get to the scene I see a little puppet walk onto a stage, and I quickly hide to observe. So far this villain has turned 11 people into puppets. As I think things over I recognize some of the puppets that were standing on the stage. I look around trying to find where the beams could be coming from.

As I see another girl walk into what I guess was the range of the beam. I see the beam shoot the girl and she changes her direction instantly heading for the stage. I traced the beam back to the roof of a tall building. As I leap out of my hiding spot, I find what looks like a little boy.

"Huh?" what's going on? I looked back down at the boy only to find a teenager about my age giving me the creepiest smile.Ever. As I take a step back I see the boy take something out of his bag and turn into what I guess was the villain causing all this havoc.

"You take the easier route or the harder one?" They said and as they stood up, I realized that he was apparently several feet taller than me. Great. I thought as I jumped away from the villain and ran across the roofs of Paris. I turn back just in time to see whoever it was,hot on my trail. Where is that cat!?! I think as I pull out my yo-yo and text Chat.

Kitty:

Hey Kitty I need help, I'm west of the Eiffel Tower

K, on my way Bugaboo ;)

I'm a few miles out from the park, meet me there. I told you don't call me that!

Adrein's Pov-

Future wife:

Hey Kitty I need help, I'm west of the Eiffel Tower

I'm a few miles out from the park, meet me there. I told you don't call me that!

Ah, typical Ladybug. I think as I close my staff and extend it to make my way to her. I glide onto a roof to see a beautiful red dot in the distance being chased by what I assumed was a villain. Great, as soon as I'm late Hawkmoth akumatizes someone . I think, as I pick up my pace.

When I get to m'lady I find her in the park underneath the villain with his hand close to her ear.

"Took you long enough!" Ladybug said as she struggles against him. The villain whips around just in time. I hit him with my staff, knocking him off Ladybug in the process. I help Ladybug up, and turn around to see him drawing a sword out of the bag he was carrying.

 As he raises his sword and moves to a starting fencing position I lunge at him with my staff. While we fence m'lady watches for a moment or two, I guess to catch her breath. I see Ladybug ready her yo-yo, swinging in a vertical circle; and when there's an opening she lunges for the villain's bag and rips it. I watch in awe as she performs her de-evilizing trick. When completed, she turns to me and holds out her fist.

"Pound it!" We both say in unison as we bump fists. "Where were you?" She asks as we help the akuma victim up off the ground and lead him on his way.

"Well, I was caught in homework and Plagg let me work past the patrol time. I'll talk to him later."I say and smile reassuringly. "Hmm. Okay, I'll let this one slide!" She said springing off the ground and onto a roof, back to what I assume was her home. I think over what could have happened if I was even a second later.

As I leap back into my room, I detransform and hand Plagg a piece of cheese from my cabinet.

"Hey Plagg, next time it looks like I might not be paying attention to the time, You need to tell me it's time for patrol, because what would have happened if I was a second later?" I say turning to the kwami with cheese stuffed into his cheeks.

"Sorry." Plagg says he gulps down the cheese and lays onto my pillow. I sigh and lay next to him as we fall asleep.
