Chapter 7 -Skater Dude

Ally POV

"What's up skater!" I yelled referring Cole.
"Long time no see Flame, get in any trouble lately?" He smirks

I smiled innocently and shrugged.
"Not so much trouble." I answered
"Hey man!" Jack says before pulling him into a bro hug.

"Ummmm, who are they?" Austin asks as he glares at Cole.

"Oh um me and Ally use to date, before she moved." Cole says while rubbing his neck.

"You dated" Trish says rather surprised

"Yes..... We dated back at the academy,
Then stop, because of obvious reasons, we made the best team,back in the day." Cole says as he slung his arm on me.

They looked at me, not saying a word. I knew they wanted too, it was only just a matter of time, before one of them bursts.

Chase steps forward, giving Cole a bro hug and their old handshake.

"So flame, are you gonna tell me why your here?" Cole asks referring back to my old code name.

"There are people, who killed my parents. guess me going to Miami to keep them safe and us breaking up was all for nothing." I say tearing up I hugged myself, suddenly feeling cold.

Cole says nothing. It was silent. Instead he hugs me, resting his chin and my head, I felt safe, like it was old times, back when we had just finished a mission and we'd always hug. I stopped having feelings for Cole after I met Austin, Cole found someone new as well, but his happy ending, was real not lies or backstabbing. Though Cole is still trying to ask her out....before you ask how I know this, its because we still kept in contact.

He lets go, we turn to face everyone.

"Why didn't you tell us?' Trish asked

"Nobody asked." I shrugged

"So how long you staying?" Cole asked now speaking directly to Jack.

"Only for a day, it not safe for us to be in Miami." Jack answered.
"Wait, What exactly happened?" Cole asked.

"You know,same old. They showed up at the music store tried to scare us failed miserably and now are probably are after 'Austin Moon the superstar' Dez and Trish, because they know us." I say putting air quotes around his name.

"Wait your thee Austin Moon the one Ally liked slowly turning into loving you, but then betrayed her and choosing some slut over her and you must be the so called best friends am I wrong?" Cole asked rather surprised turning to the blonde.

I look to Jack and Chase, who were scratching their necks avoiding eye contact. I rasise an eyebrow and gave them a questioning look.

"I'm guessing you told Cole?' I asked already knowing the answer.

They nodded knowing, they couldn't get away if they tried to lie it woudn't work.Austin remained quiet and Cole was fuming with rage.

"WELL, WHATS YOUR EXCUSE?" Cole bursts out, no longer wanting the silence.

"I MADE A MISTAKE... we all did." Austin says looking away from, suddenly finding his shoes rather interesting.

"We all did... we tasted fame and money, became more selfish and didn't realize what we had until it was to late." Dez says looking at me.

I couldn't help but stare in amazement he actually said something not completely crazy.

"You know funny thing you both could honestly careless about what happens to me, but I do once this is over, I walk and I'll never look back." I say
