Yes they think this is so messed up and Canada almost threw up before because of the head. But America thinks this is a clue. Tial is a nickname of philia's Sister so they think she can help decode. After all She loves puzzles. But can she Stand a head of a girl or maybe she'll throw up.
Philia before decoded a code and she thought it was a game but actually it's for a murder case.
