Out Of The City

Chapter 4

After you get out of school, you meet up with charli to drive her home.

charli says "did you hear about  that field trip today?" you say "yeah! i'm so excited for it." charli sighs and says "if only we could go." you are confused and say, "what?" charli says "griffin wont ever let us go. he'll get madi on his side and fight us.... it wont be good." you bite your lip and say "i think i can convince them."

you drive her home

when you get inside,  griffin says "thank you." reaching for the keys. you hold them back and say, " wait i need a favor." griffin crosses his arms and says "what now?" you say, "me and charli need something signed... by today." he says, " if it isn't more important then work, i don't want to hear about it at the moment." he reaches for the keys, but you pull them away from him again.

madi says, " y/n, give us the keys! we are late." you say, "then listen to me." madi says "fine! what do you need signed?" you say "our field trip forms." you quickly open your backpack up your backpack and pull out your form and charli pulls out hers. madi says, " to where?" you say, "indiana. but me and charli would be going to together..." 

griffin takes the permission slip out of your hands and says, "indiana?! no, there is no way you can go." you say, "griffin, me and charli would be going together!" he says, "y/n.... indiana is a different state! i cant keep you safe while im in ohio and your are in indiana." you say, "but i can keep myself safe and charli safe!" griffin shakes his head and say "im sorry, but i cant let you guys go." you say "we aren't babies anymore, griff!' he gets in your face and says, "THE FINAL ANSWER IS NO!"
