Savannah's POV
It was Sunday, to be more specific, February 8 2019. It was almost Valentine's Day but alas, I plan on staying at home and eat a tub of vanilla Ice Cream while watching young Sheldon. Anyways, it is 8 am and I am getting ready to hang out with my girls Maddie and Emily. It has been a long time since I've seen them. Emily and I were friends throughout middle school and High school then she introduced me to Maddie which we instantly became friends. Nonetheless, if you must be wondering, I do know that they are famous and so are their significant others but I do not take that to an advantage. Once High school ended, I went to Italy and took an entrance exam in an exclusive medical school. This has been my first time back in LA after what seems to me as forever.
Anyways, I took a bath and wore something chill. I wore a white oversized hoodie with black shorts and checkered vans slip ons. I put on some light makeup and proceeded to tie my hair into two Dutch braids. I gathered my wallet, keys and phone from my nightstand and I headed out to our meeting place, the ice cream shop near our old school.
I got to the place by 8:45 and I don't see any sight of Maddie or Emily, I just see freetime aka Maddie and Emily's boyfriends with their friends pigging out with my crush Anthony Rivera who does not even know I exist. I sat on an empty table while I took out my phone and texted the two. It has been 5 mins and I decided to order. As I was about to stand, I saw a little girl crying near me as her ice cream fell down to the ground.
"Oh honey, we can't afford another one" The mom of the girl said gently as she tried to clean up the ice cream on the floor.
The little girl tried her best not to cry and then I decided to go over them.
"Hello cutie" I said as I bended down to the kid's height. Everyone was practically looking at us.
"H-hello" she responded cutely as she sniffled and wiped her tears off.
"Ma'am, may I buy this cute little angel an ice cream?" I offered as I see the kid's face light up
"It's okay, thanks tho, you don't have to" The mother declined respectfully but as soon as she saw her daughter's face, she immediately whispers to me "are you sure?"
I chuckled, "yes" she then smiled and said "you are an angel, you see, I don't have the money to pay you back"
"You don't have too, consider this an award for giving birth to the cutest little girl I have ever seen" I said she said as her phone is now ringing
"Thank you so much, I'll be outside to take this important call" she said as she hurried outside.
I picked the little girl up and she then talked to me about her imaginary best friend.
"oh wow, Kelly the kangaroo seems to have a lot of money!" I said laughing while she told a story about her zillionaire imaginary friend as we walked to the counter.
"What flavor would you like sweetie?" I asked
"Mommy only lets me get a small vanilla cup" she smiled
"Well, what do YOU want" I said emphasizing the "You"
"Anything?" she asked me with big bright eyes
"Yes" I said as she whispered her order to me.
"Hm. The little princess wants one unicorn sundae please" I said to the cashier
"Will do ma'am although it might take a while" the cashier said
"Okay" I smiled while I looked around for the child's mom still carrying the cute one.
