Chapter 4: Susie...?

You open the front door to see Moon sitting on the couch. It's dark. The lights are off and the TV isn't going. Shes just sitting there.

"Moon...?" You say, forgetting the tragedy that you had seen for just a few seconds. She doesn't move.

"Moon....is everything okay? I know you aren't aslee-"

"You know." She says simply.

"What?"

"You know something I don't." She looks towards the sliding door, the moonlight streams in. It makes the sitting room chilly. You close the door but not the curtains. The night seeps through your heart, making your skin crawl. You sit next to Moon on the couch.

"Susie parents." You start off, trying to keep your composure.

"What about them..?" Moon says, looking at you with tired eyes. They almost looked lifeless, as if nothing mattered to her anymore.

"They're.....dead, Moon." You start to cry. You had no idea what was going on. How did Moon know something was going on? Does she know about the murders? Does she know about Susie's disappearance? 

"I know because I could feel it. Something wasn't right." Moon looked down onto the carpet. The light coming from outside continues to seep in, hungrily touching any surface it could and illuminating them with a pale blue light.

"I have nothing to do with their deaths, but I feel like as if I know who does." Moon folds her arms, and takes off her glasses.

"Wh...who?" You say.

"Gast-"

She covers her mouth. You look at her, and realise that her mouth is dripping blood. She runs toward the bathroom, and slams the door. Her blood trailed behind her. Your eyes widened. You ran towards the bathroom stall, and opened the door to see if your sister was okay.

It was dark. This wasn't the bathroom, that was for sure. So, where were you? Ralsei seemed to have heard everything and woke up. "Y/N? is everything okay?" You look at him, apologetically.

"Sorry for waking you." You say, He smiles.

"Oh! a portal back to my world is here! How'd that happen?" You shrug. "I don't know, But Moon must be in there somewhere."

"Why would Moon be in there?"

"She ran towards the bathroom and shut the door, and when I had reopened the door, the bathroom was gone, replaced with this portal...thingie."

"Well, what are you waiting for? let's go!" He grabs you by the hand and jumps down into the abyss below. You feel yourself falling, but since you've experienced this before, it wasn't that bad. You mentally prepare yourself for the impact of the fall.

You both landed safely. Ralsei helps you up. Now you're both in the dark world. You looks around and the void, the only thing evident was the ground that you were standing on. Was Moon here too? and if so, why?

She's probably lost and confused.

"I am so lost and confused." Moon looked around this new place. She kept walking onwards, not knowing where she was going or what she was looking for. She looked down at herself. She was wearing a school uniform.

"What the hell-" She had been done with school for years, but she felt as good as she did before. She felt younger, like as if she was 16 again.

"I'm literally 16 again, aren't I" Her hair wasn't dyed, and it was cut short.
She adjusts her school tie and keeps walking.

"The Dark world, huh?" Her mouth was still frothing with blood, but she was able to ignore it a little bit more now that she was here. She had to get home before anybody notices she's gone.

In the distance, she sees a familiar someone.

"Susie!" She shouts out the monsters name, and they turn, but they disappear before she could say anything more.

"Maybe I'm...dreaming?" there was a chance that maybe she had collapsed from blood loss, and maybe she was still in the bathroom, or probably in a hospital bed. She didn't want to think about the possibilities too much.

"Moon!" a familiar voice calls her name. She turns and sees her.

"Y/N!" They meet up in the middle and embrace.

"What are you doing here?" Moon asked, before mentally retracting her statement. " Well, what am I doing here."

Ralsei smiles. "This is where I come from, Moon." Moon smiles an all-knowing smile.

"I know."

They keep walking. Y/N shivers a little, even though she know it wasn't the cold. It didn't feel cold here. It didn't feel like anything. Which, when you think about it, is really creepy.

"I know that you both aren't going to believe me, but I saw Susie here whilst I was walking around."

"what? really?" Y/N perked up. She really just wants to see her again. She had no idea what was going on, so maybe finding Susie was the key to finding out everything.

(Sorry for short chapter, I have school and I haven't written in a few days. also I feel super unmotivated because this story isn't being read as often and I'm not sure if I should put this much effort into it)
