-Why does it have to be so dark outside... I hate the dark And why do I have to be the only one working outside setting up the front decorations? It's scary...-

I see a car parked in the back of the parking lot, normally that's not a strange occurrence but seeing as it is 3am... I can say it's not normal? My heart rate quickens, could it be them?
I run as fast as I can toward the front door to the store but it is locked from the outside, I pound on the door hoping for my manager to take notice, but he's in the back of the store. 2 men emerge from the car and in fear of my life I pound even harder, after around 20 seconds of knocking I run. There is an ally to the right of me but I am too scared to go down it so I dash across the parking lot toward the main road praying that they either don't see me or don't catch up to me (I'm too scared to look back and see for myself) my heart is continuing to break through my chest as I sprint, finally I gain the courage to turn around and I'm hit in the face with something metal.
.
.
.
I slowly open my eyes...
The ground I lay on feels strange like leaves?
It's raining? It wasn't raining earlier?
"Where am I?" I ask myself. As I start to gain awareness of my surroundings I notice I'm in the middle of the woods, I'm strangely calm considering the circumstances until I hear leaves rustling in the distance. I close my eyes and pretend it's just the rain..... it's getting closer.......
I stand up as fast as I can and RUN, I notice I'm barefoot and covered in mud and leaves but brush it off and just keep running, even though I know I'm moving fast the crunching of leaves is gaining on me.
It gets closer and closer and closer until finally I'm grabbed on the arm by a pair of strong hands. I start to scream at the top of my lungs and close my eyes as tight as I can.
"Hey hey hey, shhhh calm down it's okay we aren't going to hurt you" the man grabbing me says as though he is talking to a startled animal.
I stop screaming but keep my eyes closed, too scared to stare my attacker in the face.
"I'm going to let you go now... don't run..."
As the man lets me go, I take a deep breath, and then dash as fast as I can only to be bear hugged by another man... (I should have opened my eyes, damnit...)
"I thought I just told you not to run" the man who grabbed me stated irritatedly.
In an attempt to defuse the situation even slightly I reply "I'm sorry." I begin to cry out of fear and frustration of my seemingly never ending attacks I'm receiving today, the man holding me tenses as he notices I'm crying "Dean, she's obviously really scared maybe we should try a gentler approach."
He begins to release me from his arms and I finally open my eyes, what I see are 2 very tall men, slightly dirty and wet from the rain. Their faces are inviting and warm, but also warn down by who knows what, I take a moment to collect myself and stare at the shorter of the 2 directly in the eyes "why did you take me here?" I question authoritatively. "We didn't take you anywhere?" The shorter replies.
I then turn to the taller "why. Did. You. Take. Me. Here." I ask again hoping to be clued in to why these possible murderers hit me in the head and took me to the middle of the woods from my work.
"I'm sorry, I really don't know what your talking about" he replies.
"We heard you running and mistook you for someone else we are currently looking for, but I might as well ask, are you okay?" The shorter asks.
I look at the both of them confused and realize that they are both telling the truth... When I realize they aren't the people trying to kill me I burst into tears.
"I was outside the front of my work, and these 2 men starting chasing me, I ran away but they caught up and hit me with something, I was knocked unconscious and woke up here. I don't know where I am and I don't know what's going on and I'm..." I start to hyperventilate as I realize the situation I'm actually in, and the two men with pity filled faces share eye contact with each other and then kneel down next to me. "Hey, it's okay just relax, we are going to help you okay?" The taller says. "Why don't you come with us, we have a place 30 minutes from here... we should really get out of this rain..." the shorter says. I continue to cry but slowly settle my breathing, after about 20 seconds of trying to relax I nod my head exhausted. The 2 boys again share looks and nod at each other, they help me up and start leading me in some random direction.
"My names dean and this is my brother Sam, what's your name?" The shorter of the 2 asks.
I softly reply "... my names Rachel."
