The Danger That Lurks Part 1
It was a sunny day at Naples. People were buzzling about in the busy streets, vendors were advertising their goods to passerbys, and tourists were looking around in awe. It was peaceful today.
Well, almost.
Inside a motel sat an adolescent male looking outside the window. He kept track on how many cars and bicycles were passing by, how many times women would gossip below his window, and how many times birds flew by. It's almost been an hour since he was stationed to his chair silently clutching his flip phone.
It was eerily quiet in his room. So quiet that he could hear the annoying ticks of the clock, the faulty faucet in the bathroom and the occasional footsteps that would pass by his room door.
The male scoffed in his seat as he eyed the 17th bird flew by. It should be around here any moment now. He thought, his thumb hovering the green button on his flip phone. His eyes following the lines of the trail track.
Not another moment later, faint screeching could be heard as a train halted in it's station. His thumb pressed down on the button as he stood up arms positioned as if he held a sniper.
His body seems to double and his double shifting to a ball before materializing into a black sniper. Navy blue aura shrouded his figure as he aim down at the train carts that would pass his window.
1 . . .
2 . . .
3 . . .
BANG!
"Tsk, I missed."
"Ready to infiltrate. Leo, move out." A feminine voice echoes through the smart phone. The boy only grunted before walking out of the room.
Meanwhile inside on a private train cart were 7 men: 1 of them sat mortified as he watched his hired guard slump in his seat with a rose lodge perfectly between his eyebrows, and the 5 other men stood up staring around frantically.
"Shit! Rosco, get the client to the other carts!" One commanded, while the one named Rosco grabbed the petrified man and rush off to the doors.
Right before he could turn the door knob, a coin pierced through his skin and bones. He howled in pain and crouched on the floor cradling his hand. All heads turned furiously towards where the coin originated to see an opened elevator door at the other side of the cart with three others inside. Two male and one female, all three wearing silly masks.
"Stand users! We're being ambushed by stand users! Everyone prepare yourselves!" One of the lackeys unhelpfully advised his men. All men stood with faint aura shrouding their figures.
"Ne, let's make this simple. Yeah?" The speaker was a feminine build with a rabbit mask, "Give us your client and the rest of you will be spared."
"You got a death wish, little bunny." Another lacky sneered, this one is presumably the leader. "There's five of us and three of you. One of you has a transportation type of stand and is unfit for battle and only two of you cocky bastards think you can take five of us on."
"Is that a no then?" The rabbit asked tilting her head to the side in feign innocence.
"We've done the math, assholes." The one beside the rabbit spoke. This one was tall and stood at a whooping 5'12, has a strong build and wore a carnival mask. One of his hand was tossing a coin, up and down. Sometimes his own glove-covered-hand would catch it and sometimes it was a yellow hand. "And our calculation should be correct."
"What a joke, you're just another wannabe gangsters thinking you could take on the big guys."
With the rabbit leading the three. She stepped out along with the guy with the carnival mask. The bunny slightly tilted her head to the back gesturing the the last remaining member, a male with a lean build and wearing a tragedy mask.
"You should pick up leo now, Nico."
"Goodluck." Nicco nod at the two and with that the elevator door closes and like the white static of a TV disappears.
The rabbit looked back at her opponent and called forth her stand. She rolled her shoulders and slyly grinned at her opponents.
"Let's get this over with, hm?"
Author's Note
And chapter one is done! I won't put any discriptions regarding as to what your stand looks like (I'll however decide what it's abilities is), I'll let your imagination run wild! As for the 3 characters: Leonardo, Matheos, and Nicolas. I'll fully explain their appearance and their stands maybe in the next chapter?
