I Love You

Three words.
Three syllables.

Always on my mind when I hear your voice,
Nearly sliding off my tongue every chance I see you.

My skin craves your touch,
To feel the warmth of your hand against mine, fingers intertwined.

My nose misses your scent, longing for you to be near.

My eyes search for your smile to appear, for the sun rays catching your hair.
For the stars that sparkle in your eyes. Those deep, dark, mysterious eyes that you find plain, I find charming.
While you desire vibrant colors, I cherish all that you are,
Because without darkness, there can be no light,
And what you don't realize,
That I can see with my own eyes,
You have the whole Universe inside.

Every star that burns bright,
The constellations that appear at night, the Milky-way from outer space, and the never ending galaxy chain,
I never have to wait to see them
Because all I have to do is look into your eyes.

You are full of anything and everything.
Regardless of the pain that you deal with every day,
You are miraculous in every way.

And all I have to say is...

Three words.
Three syllables.

I love you.
