I walk on the dirty path, moving my head on the beat as I listen to Imagine Dragons. The moon shine bright tonight and is full moon already. I smiled at myself as I walk, enjoying the time I have right now.
Is so good to walk freely on a full moon and visit the river by following the path. I always wanted to visit the river because there is a belief that every full moon, you can be able to see a short glimpse (for about 10 seconds) of your future. Who you will meet on the future, who you are going to be on the future, or what you are gonna be.
Long story short, that place was enchanted by one our ancestors, and it only works if you are a werewolf or with a werewolf. I know is choosy but is how the rules work. And since the one who enchanted it is a werewolf, you must be with a werewolf or a werewolf. And I don't believe that. I'm just visiting it just to know if it works. I mean, one said they saw their glimpse that they will become a successful entrepreneur, and the other a general.
I reached the river and I admired the place, it really looks like magical by the moonlight. The water shines as it flows and it's so clean. I took off my headset and let it rest around my neck, I walk on the shore line and look at my reflection. I just look at myself and all I can see is a ugly person who is looking back at me, which is me. As I look at myself, another person started to emerge on the water. I just look at the reflection as it grows closer to me, I slowly take the stone next to me. Before the figure became clear, i immediately turn around and raise my hand to throw the stone.
The person flinched and raised their hands, they yelped, "Woah, woah! Chill. I'm meant no harm"
That voice sounds familiar...
"Who are you and how do you know this place?" I questioned, still have the rock in hand. I couldn't point where I heard his voice, making me try to observe him but the only thing I see is his muscular outline. He's hiding on a shade, making me not able to see him.
"I'm just here to say sorry" The person stepped in the light, only revealing the one and only, Earth Ninja.
My eyes and mouth widen at him. I don't know what to react, if I would fangirl or just stood here. I mean, he's the Earth Ninja! The freaking Black Ninja! One of the hero of Ninjago! I don't know what to react!
"You-you're the..." I whispered.
"Earth Ninja, yes" He slowly walks to me and took the rock from my hand. But in a short moment, I'm able to smell his scent. Strong manly perfume with the mix of a familiar scent.
"Oh my god. I'm sorry I threatened you like that" I apologized.
"Hey, no worries" He assured. "I should be the one who should say sorry for sneaking behind you, plus the way I threat you when I was saving you"
"You still remembered that" I scoffed.
He scratched the back of his neck, "Yeah. My brothers are bugging me to do this"
"Brothers?" I asked, raising my eyebrow.
"We're not actually related, we just treat each other like brothers" He explained.
"Really?" I clarified.
"Yeah. Family doesn't always have to be blood related, you know?" He answered.
I look at his hand, holding a bouquet with a single flower. I pointed out, "What's that?"
"Oh this..." He raised the bouquet and I can tell he's blushing underneath his mask. "Um... this is for you"
He handed the flower at me and I took it, it's F/F. "F/F. They're my favorite flowers, how did you know?"
"I have my ways" He responded.
