Chapter 2:

(Shin's P. O. V)

"can you please shut the hell up?"

I heard someone shouted it sounded so nostalgic so I'm sure it's a boy but...

Why does it sound so familiar..?

But i heard that some of the girls mocked him and continued laughing at me, i didn't notice him that he walked through us

"will you stop that or I'll beat you all up?!" i heard him shouted at them and the bullies finally left

Then i saw a figure infront of me, I looked up and

A delinquent!

Why did he help me? Wait! Maybe he just wanted to hurt me alone without those girls!? Oh no please no-

"Hey!" He shouted, well not really that loud but it still startled me

"U-ummm, yes?" I managed to ask even though my nervousness is already attacking me

"That all you gotta say after I helped you?" Wait, am I hearing things? He helped me!? But why? H-he's supposed to hurt me well it's not like I like being bullied or something but just why?

"O-oh! r-r-right, thank y-you..." I mumbled looking away

"Anyways, are you alright?" I quickly looked at him in the eyes, his gold ones meeting my violet widen eyes, why? why is he so nice to me?

"A-ah yes,but...W-w-why did you help me back there..? B-BUT DON'T GET ME WRONG! I-I'M SO T-THANKFUL BACK TH-THERE! REALLY!!" Oh God, I'm blushing too much because of embarrassment, I heard him laugh, maybe because of my shyness? I don't know anymore! But...His laugh...

Was so beautiful

It's like a peaceful music to my ears that makes me flutter in happiness.

What's happening to me?

(Umeji' P. O. V)

"well, it looks like you're so embarrassed huh?

I laughed at him because of his embarrassment, but i think i find it kinda cute

"I did that because i just really hated them, so, just tell me if they pick you up again, okay?"

"i-i will!"

"T-thank you" Shin blushed as he said that and Umeji is walking away from the classroom now

"i can't actually believe it!" I said to my mind as i walking away from the classroom

"did i just actually did that?"

"But wait, did he just actually forgot me?" many things have entered in my mind, since how can he forgot me? I keep asking it again and again but i suddenly stopped

"no, it's impossible, since we're friends before, i just think that, he's too shy when he saw me again"

*sigh* "I'll just go back to them" i finally walked to my gang near the incinerator where i always hang out with

"hey, something's in your mind?" A fellow delinquent with a blue t-shrit named Dairuko asked

"Yeah, just don't mind me for today"

"pch, whatever"

"i was about to tell you something, but i guess you need some space dude" Hayanari said with a sigh

Minutes passed, it's class time now, we purposely didn't go to our classes early, later on, we entered to the school. When i was walking through my classroom, i saw Shin, but i just focused back through the way of my classroom

"please be in class in time, that attitude will affect your grades! " the teacher of his class named Karin telled him

"yeah, yeah"

"you may take a sit"

Once i sat down in my chair, i still have thoughts about him, this lasts for hours, still thinking about him, i haven't focused to the lessons but i don't regret it anyways

(time skip to between 5 P. M)

*sigh* "it's 5 o' clock now"

"So, have some space now dude?"

"yeah, let's bounce" Umeji telled his group to go home and headed to the town later on. In Buraza town, the delinquents hang out, planning that what they'll do tomorrow, and talked about things that they always do.

Hours later, they finally went to their home one by one, the last one is Umeji, when he entered his home, his father yelled at him, "tch this ungrateful child, you still have the face to enter my house you brat!!" but he just ignored it and goes upstairs to change and lay down to his bed

"maybe tomorrow, he'll try to speak to me" Umeji thought to his mind, after staring at the ceiling remembering the memories with Shin for a minute, he finally fell asleep
