Why Can't We Be In Love ?

*Joe's POV*
I woke to Dot in my arms and it was the most relaxing thing just opening my eyes slowly to see her flutter her eyes softly while smiling up at me . I whispered
"Good morning beautiful !"
She smirked and said
"Good morning handsome Joey !" and she lifted her chin up slightly and I pecked her lips and said
"Tonight is the big night Dianne ! " , she smiled and she could probably tell I was worried and nervous
"Don't worry you will be fine trust me ,you know everything and it will all go well !" . I nodded and hoped she was right . I didn't want to let Dianne down tonight as Blackpool is the most exciting , most special week and if I do mess up I feel so so bad but I know if Di is right it will make her the happiest and that's all I want.

*An hour later *
"Come on Joe you got this ! "
It was now our dress rehearsal and this is where you have to just act like it's the real thing and try your hardest . It was nearly the end of the routine and we did the last part and Di hugged me and said
"Now Joesph if you do that for the real thing you will smash it ! " , I smiled and just hoped I would get it right for the real thing . We then sat and watched all the other amazing celebrities and pros do their routines and it made me feel happy knowing that we are all in this together .

We got makeup done etc and it was an hour until we danced on the Blackpool ballroom for the very last time and for the viewers . I came over to Dianne to see if she was done and she had her makeup done and her dress on and she smiled and me while looking at the mirror , I said to my beautiful girlfriend
" WOW dot you look amazing ! " , she blushed and replied
" you don't look too bad yourself " I laughed and rubbed her shoulders and Liv said
"Aw aren't you two cute , you's make a great couple don't worry your secret is with me "
I nodded and Dianne said
"Thanks Liv "
We then went to get ready to go start the show and Dianne did her thing with the amazing pro's and I just think how professional and great my girlfriend is at dancing and I honestly couldn't have had a better partner. It was mine and Di's turn to dance after we had watched our friends and I was trying to calm my nerves by saying come on Joe you can do this ! . Just think of your family how proud they are going to be and dianne will always love whatever you do ! . We came on onto the floor and the music started and here was where everything could go completely wrong or great .

We got to the end of the end the routine and all we had to do was spin Dianne around into my arms and cheer . Come on Joesph !!
"I'm a dancing fool , YEAH ! " , and finally we did it ! . We cheered and we ran over to the judges and they seemed to really like it and I could see my nan in the crowd tearing up and that made me so happy because I know how proud she will be. We then ran up the stairs to get our score and Dianne put her arm around me and the scores went 10 , 10 , 10 , 8 . We got 3 TENS we both hugged in excitement and honestly I have never been so happy and I even teared up a little. That moment will always stay with me as one of the best moments so far in strictly.

*Dianne's POV*

I was so proud of Joe like we got 3 tens ! , it is the most I have ever got on strictly so far and all I wanted to do in that moment we got the scores was give him the biggest hug and pat on the back as he worked so hard. While we were walking back to our hotel room I said to Joseph "You made me so proud tonight , I honestly couldn't of done it without you !" , Joe squeezed my hand and said
"I couldn't of done it without you being so supportive and being there literally right beside me and I think tonight is a very special night so I think its time to crack that champagne open ! " , I laughed and nodded and lets just say when we got back to the room we celebrated hard and got very drunk. But that's what strictly is all about not only competition but just having a blast.
