"Lucy, these are my friends Sango, Miroku, and Shippo. They're going to be with us on our journey." Kagome introduced Lucy to a woman around Kagome's age and a male that looked to be somewhat around the same age as herself as well as a small child with bright orange hair. He looked so cute! "Nice to meet you both, my names Lucy."

Sango and the kid stared at Kagome confused "Kagome I didn't know you could bring people from your time here." Kagome laughed nervously looking away "Well I wasn't sure and Lucy well..." Lucy snickered at Kagome's expression. "I jumped in with her seeing if it would work or not. Turns out it did...Hey uh Miroku?"

"Hmm?" The Monk had a kind smile on his handsome face "As cute as you are, I'm going to have to ask you to please remove your hand from my ass." she plucked the hand from her ass holding the fabric in between her thumb and pointer finger.

Miroku grinned down at the girl so she thought he was cute hmm? He could work with that. Quickly grasping both her hands in his own he made sure to put the charm on. "Forgive me Lady Lucy, I mean not to upset you. You see I do not have long to live and..."

"Are you really giving me the I have four months to live line?" Sango smacked the back of Miroku's head annoyed crossing her arms over her chest angered by her...whatever they were. Slowly switching their positions of their hands so that Lucy was holding Miroku's. "Listen Miroku, Kagome already gave me the story of what Naraku has done to you and your family. But trying to sleep with me ain't gonna happen. I don't like friends with benefits."

Kagome and Sango gave the monk a glare both slapping him across the face. You could practically see the vein popping out of their heads. "I'm guessing this isn't the first time?"

The little boy jumped closer to Lucy grabbing her hand in his tiny ones "Miroku's a big womanizer so it's nothing new. If you want you can just smack him like Kagome or Sango." Lucy squatted down smiling at the kid. "I'll keep that in mind, though my smacks are more for dramatic effect." The kid looked at her confused before moving over to his mother figure.

"Lucy has always been a bit on the dramatic side ever since we were kids." Lucy giggled smiling to herself. "I can be dramatic sometimes but it's fun. It can lighten the mood or it can be just dumb enough to crack a smile."Inuyasha scoffed. "So if you don't mind me asking Lady Lucy, do you have any skill in weaponry?" Miroku spoke up, guiding everyone to speak inside the hut with Kaede. Lucy scratched her cheek sitting beside her cousin and Shippo.

Did she have any skills in weaponry? "I was a pretty good shot with my rifle back home, and I can do okay with a knife if it calls to it but I'm a fast learner." Miroku, Sango, and Inuyasha glance at one another. "If we are to travel together then you should know that we will most likely be attacked by demons."

Lucy nodded in understanding "I understand, I'll do my best not to slow you down but I won't sit back and see my cousin go off likely to her death. I'm willing to risk my life in order to protect my family." she spoke calmly staring at the ground "Not that I don't trust you guys or anything but I don't want to lose another member of my family."

Kagome reached over, placing a hand over Lucy's. "There was another reason Lucy moved to Japan. When I went home last week my mom took us to pick Lucy up...on the way she told me that..." She wasn't sure if she was the one to tell them. Glancing over she saw the pained face on her cousin.

"It doesn't matter. What matters is I won't risk losing my little cousin." Miroku nodded. "Understandable, Sango if you're alright with it, I believe you would be best to train Lady Lucy in battle."

Sango smiled at the older girl "Of course it shouldn't be a problem. Is there a specific style you would like to do?" Lucy grinned again staring at the younger woman "Actually if you could help me a little on my hand to hand combat as well as swordsmanship that would be amazing."
