Chapter 2: God Help Me

I closed the door behind me and walk outside the shop. I hop into my car. The ride back home was filled with silence then I remember Beatrice she told me to call her if I'm heading home. I quickly rummage my bag and found my phone I dialed beatrice number and it rang.

"Hi. Beatrice speaking! "

"It's me ara, I'm heading Home now! " I said

"OH OKAYY! we'll wait for you then till you arrive. We'll eat dinner together. ", she said then the line went dead.

I looked at my phone with disbelief, what's wrong with her? Is there something wrong about me going home? Or maybe she's very happy about her business partner thing. Well yeah, who would not. I mean that business partner thing is very important to her from the name JM&J
That  hot and handsome, Owner of that famous jewelry shop is a very powerful man.

I was brought back to my senses when finally the car went to a stop we're at the mansion already. I didn't even notice that we had arrived .

I cleared my throat and said "How long are we here? ", I asked Jordan

He smiled and said " about 10minutes? ",

I gasped " 10 minutes? ",

He nods and I quickly go out of the car without waiting for him to open the car door for me. I made my way to the chicken and found Elizabeth preparing the dinner.

She noticed me and said " Oh you have arrive Madame, Madame Beatrice and the others will be down in a few minutes. "

I smiled " What's new tonight? Are we preparing for something? Or there's something special that I don't know? "

"Oh no, there's nothing new. Madame Beatrice just want to have a family dinner together of course with the whole family. " she said and looked at me like she wanted to read what is running inside my mind.

"OH,  Maybe a celebration -"

"Yes, A celebration for my success dear! "

I looked at the figure behind me and saw Beatrice standing there with her arms wide open for me. I hugged her and she hugged me back.

"I'm so happy for you Beatrice and so proud. Congratulations! ",
I said and she hugged me again with tears rolling down her cheeks.

"Oh silly, Congratulations too! You are also a part of this success you idiot. " she laughed at me and walked through the chairs and stand beside Elizabeth. She pressed the intercom on the wall and called Rob and claire and the 2 boys. Did I ever mention that these boys were such a lovely boys? Well, Maybe I never did mention.

So, here's Justin he's 28 , handsome, sweet, caring, loving and a very obedient son. Well,  I heard that Rob's gonna pass his thrown a months from now to Justin and to think that he's ready to handle business in his age.

And here's Xavier Clade well we all call him clade his friends call him "s(x)ave"for Xavier. He's 25 currently enjoying his life with a lot of girls . Different woman every night he's a total opposite of a Justin Cunningham. Well we all know what I mean of an opposite.

And speaking of the two they finally have arrive .we all sat down and eat in silence. Beatrice broke the silence over us and spoke.

"So, How's the food everyone? ", she said clapping her hands in the air.

"DELICIOUS IS ALL I CAN SAY! ", The two boys said in unison and looked at each other like they were suprised of there answer.

"Not bad at all. " Rob said chewing the chicken in his mouth.

"So delicious mom, very mouth watering! " claire exclaimed and smiled the two boys repeat after her like they wanted to annoy their sister.

"Ara, How about you, how's the food? They all looked at me waiting for my answer .

"Um.. Um.. I.. Umm... It's Good!  So good. " I said , they all looked at me unsatisfied of my answer so I quickly change my answer

"It's so delicious Beatrice. I can't get enough of these. I never knew Elizabeth can cook this delicious!" I said and they all laugh satisfied of my answer. Well,  I don't want to lie but what I said was true.

We all finished our foods quietly.  I made my way to my room and closed the door behind me.  I lay down on my bed and kick off my shoes. I stretched out my arms like a bird trying to fly and closed my eyes.

I am busy roaming around the mall to find a new set of clothes, shoes, dresses, and whatever I need and want to buy. My phone rings and I grabbed it out my bag I read the caller ID and answer. While I am busy talking on my phone while walking I accidentally bumped onto someone I lost my balance and fall flat my butt NO I didn't. I didn't fall someone grabbed me and saved me from falling flat on the floor. I looked up and saw an unfamiliar face he is looking at me straight to my eyes yet he is still holding me. He's other hand is on my back and the other is on my waist. He has a very beautiful brown shining eyes and an angelic face. He wore a blue tux and a shining black leather shoes. He's hair was comb back and he has a very beautiful white pearly teeth.

He smiled at me and said " Hi. I'm sorry it was my fault I didn't look on my way. " ,

I looked at him dumbfounded it was very obvious that it was my fault. I cleared my throat and said " I.. I.. I'm sor.. Sorry too. It's also my fault! I wasn't looking my way that I accidentally bumped onto someone and that happens to be you! " I stuttered a bit trying to find what to say.

He furrowed his brows and said "No! It was ME! None of this is your fault. "

"No,  a part of me was my fault too I wasn't looking on my way either. I'm sorry too! " I said sternly . I'm sure it's my fault if I was only looking on my way this could not had happened.

"OH! OKAY, But I  still insist that it is my fault. Well, Are you okay?", he said and realized that he is still holding me. He quickly let go of me and stand stood with his hand in his pockets.

"YES! Thank you for catching me.", I said

"Well, I better be going then. I see you're fine! " he said and walked passed me. But before I could move he spoke once again.

"My name's Rex and you, my I get your name? He said he's back facing me.

"I'm Ara! ", I said

He turned around and face me" Ara? What a beautiful name, A beautiful name for a beautiful lady! It's nice to meet you ", he stretched out his hand for a handshake.

I hesitate to accept his offer but I quickly shook his hand. I didn't know what got into me but his hands were so soft I wouldn't get enough holding his hands. I wonder if I could see him again. Well in a nice way better than this.
"Have a nice day Ara, and please be careful. ", he said and with that he walked away leaving me with a blank look on my face.

Well that was fast. So he's Rex with no surname. I wonder if I could see him again or even bumped on to him again. I wonder if he leaves here too or Does he have a girlfriend? Wait, what? What am I thinking.. You're crazy Ara!

There was a loud bang on my door. Wait! I'm in a mall there's no door up here and once again another bang this time it was so loud. I opened my eyes and the bright light welcomed me.

It was then I realized that it was just a dream. A sweet dream. So that's what they call a sweet dream. I heard the loud bang on my door again. I walked to my door and quickly open it. Claire was there standing arms crossed with a messy face. Wait was she crying? I grabbed her chin for her to look up to me and I was right she is crying. And she still is. I welcomed her with my hug and she sobs. Now, now, now,  now I think I know why she's crying .
