Chapter 3: Reality

I ran down the stairs to the kitchen I was in a hurry if only I could decline that offer. Well after that crying scenario of claire in my room after I gave her my comforting hugs and advices she finally found herself a comfort and went to her room to sleep. I still can't believe claire and that stupid hunk of man were still dating, speaking of that hunk of a man he is the lovey dovey of claire her so called ultimate crush turns to lover. Well, sad to say that lover of her broke her heart 30 times a month. YES, because he is a playboy a "PLAYBOY " he can't live without being with different woman every night. And there's this cousin of mine she always forgive and forget even though he's hurting her so much.

So, back to where I am now. I am on my way to this huge building of the very own Cunningham-kings Industries. Rob assigned me to be his temporary PA until he finds another one better than the last PA,  for the meantime I am assigned to be his PA and I am 5mins late now. Fuck that alarm clock after claire left my room last night I received a text from Beatrice about this PA thing and so I got excited atleast now I can experience to have a real work right? even it is just for a short time.

I grabbed my purse that's sitting on the table and drank my coffee. I quickly left the kitchen without even glancing Elizabeth.
"Bye Elizabeth ", I said and quickly made my way to the front door. Once I got out of the house Jordan smiled and waved his hands to me and greeted me.
He opened the car door and said " Good Morning Madame, How's your -"

"Hurry up Jordan, I'm running late! ", I demanded and he quickly moved and drove away to the mansion. While I was busy checking my phone every second I saw him looking at me in the rearview mirror I furrowed my brows and asked in confusion.

"What? Is there something wrong on my face? " , I asked him confused on why he's acting weird.

He clears his throat and said " Forgive me Madame, There's nothing wrong on your face. I am just ahmm I've been driving here but I don't know where we going to? Where to Madame? You did not tell me where we going. "

I just then realized that I didn't tell him where we are going. How stupid I am to tell him to drive but he didn't know where to go because I did not give him the exact location we're heading.

"Oh, I'm sorry, my fault. To the cunningham-kings building!", I said then showed him a smile to think that he has nothing to worry about. It's my fault after all that he's driving but didn't know where we heading to.

In about 20 minutes ride we finally came to a stop. I quickly moved out and went to the lobby where a woman was standing with a telephone on her hand.

"Hi. I'm Ara Francine Cunningham , I'm the temporary PA of Mr. Rob Herbert Kings. Is he in his office now? Can I see him? Can you show me where to find him? ", I said without breaking a smile on my nervous face. Hell yeah, I've never been in this huge building before. She looked at me scanning me and my whole body actually maybe she's a bit confused if I'm telling the truth in fact I've never been in here before. She looked at me head to foot and back to my head and to my foot . Am I that ugly rat face?

After what seems like 10minutes of her looking at me. She clears her throat and started dialing on the telephone.

"Good Morning sir, there's a lady in here who wishes to see you. She said that she's your temporary PA, and her name's Ara sir.", she said looking at me

"Well, okay sir. I will tell her. ", and the line went dead. She smiled at me and said
"Follow me ,I'll show you the way! ", I quickly followed her to the elevator and she pressed the button to floor 32. The elevator dings and we got out. We walked through the hallway and make a turn and we stopped in front of huge door. I looked at her and she looked at me I looked at the door and saw a name written on on it in a bold font. Rob Herbert Kings CEO. I looked at the lady once again and smiled at her.
