Mr. Gills: Maybe we should rest for a few minutes.
Riliane: Mr. Gills, we can't waste time.
Mr. Gills: I know, Princess. But I'm getting tired.
Deep-Sea Girl: He's right, Riliane. I'm tired from walking as well.
Mrs. Gills: Just a little break won't hurt.
Riliane: Ugh, very well. But just for a few minutes. Then it's back on the road.
The Gills family sat down on a nearby fence.
Edward: Shelby, this just crossed my mind.
Deep-Sea Girl: What?
Edward: What if...we do find Alexiel, but he's not alive?
Deep-Sea Girl: That woman said he was alive last time she saw him.
Riliane: But that was yesterday. A lot can happen quickly in Lucifenia.
Deep-Sea Girl: I don't want to think about it right now.
Riliane: There's this new threat though. This "Fifth Pierrot". Who is he? What does he look like? Why is most of Lucifenia's population dead because of him? And what does he want with Alexiel?
Deep-Sea Girl: The same questions are in my mind too, Riliane.
Edward: Hey, look over there!
He pointed at a woman wearing a beautiful blue-and-white dress. She had some groceries in her hands.
Mr. Gills: Looks like she's having trouble.
Edward: Let's go help her.
Shelby and Edward went over to the woman.
???: Who are you?
Deep-Sea Girl: Relax, m'am. We're here to help you with those groceries. There seems to be a lot of them.
???: Thank you.
Deep-Sea Girl: I'm Shelby, and this is Edward, my little brother.
???: I'm Margarita.
Deep-Sea Girl: Margarita? Like the drink?
Margarita: Uh, I suppose so.
Edward: Come on. We want you to meet our parents.
Margarita saw Mr. and Mrs. Gills and Riliane.
Margarita: (looking at Riliane) You're the princess, aren't you?
Riliane: You got it.
Margarita: I thought you and your brother moved away? Speaking of which, where is your brother?
Riliane: He's...been captured. By the Fifth Pierrot.
Margarita gasped.
Margarita: No. No no no no no...
Deep-Sea Girl: Uh, Margarita? Are you alright?
Margarita: This is not good. This is SO not good.
Riliane: Hey, snap out of it!
Margarita dropped her bags of groceries and held her head. Shelby got in front of her and held her shoulders.
Deep-Sea Girl: You okay?
Margarita: Yes, I'm fine. I'm just...remembering some bad thoughts.
Mrs. Gills: Like what?
Margarita: You said the Fifth Pierrot captured your brother?
Riliane: Yes.
Margarita: The Fifth Pierrot...he killed...
She then started breaking down in front of the Gills family and Riliane.
Mr. Gills: Who did he kill? You can tell us.
Margarita: ...My husband.
Deep-Sea Girl: Oh no. I'm so sorry.
Margarita: Thank you. I needed that.
She wiped some tears from her eyes.
Riliane: Listen, Margarita. We have our own problems.
Deep-Sea Girl: Princess, this girl lost her husband!
Margarita: No, it's alright, Shelby. He was only 21 when he left the world.
Riliane: 21?!
Margarita: Yes.
Edward: How old are you?
Margarita: I'm 20 now.
Deep-Sea Girl: I am also 20 years old.
Margarita: That's nice, Shelby.
Riliane: Look, guys. We have to keep going.
Deep-Sea Girl: Would you like to come with us?
Margarita: It's dangerous. I don't know if I should. I'll only slow you down.
Edward: You can get revenge on the Fifth Pierrot for killing your husband.
Margarita: I guess. Alright, I'll join you.
Deep-Sea Girl: Riliane, looks like we're ready to go.
Margarita: Can we actually make a quick detour first? I still need to drop these groceries off.
Riliane: Of course. But after this, no more detours.
And so, the Gills family and Riliane, along with their new ally, started heading to Margarita's place.
