jaehyun watches younghoon from a far table as he sends winks to every person his eyes landed upon, he sighed and went back to eating his chicken, but stopped when noticed that there were people looking at him.

"what is it?" he asked the four people in front of him, "I don't share my chicken, for any of your information's." he added as he took a bite.

"that's not why we're looking at you, look." changmin pointed at a table where a group of girls were staring at him. he recognized two of them as his partners in an english project. he waved at them and smiled.

he looks back into the '98 liners still staring at him, "two of them are my partner on an english project. why are you three still staring?" he asked dramatically. they giggled among themselves, "nothing, maybe you're very handsome." kevin said.

"stop, jacob wouldn't want that." kevin frowned at that. "he doesn't know me, what are you saying?" jaehyun shrugged and looks at him innocently, "nothing."

"oh," juyeon said, like he remembered something he forgot three years ago. "i just remembered something," he took out his phone and typed his password, after a few clicks he showed it to them. "do you know who this is? i saw him yesterday on the dance building, he was dancing to a bts song with these two men."

chanhee put his drink down and said, "kevin and i knows him. oh, and also the other two." he said, juyeon looks at kevin since he was the one closer to him. "kevin, who is he? he's cute and all but is he nice? tell me," he plead, kevin looks at him.

"he's nice, yes. he's pure and innocent but a little bit playful, and his name is moon hyunjoon." he said, and juyeon smiled at him. "thanks!" he said. not really noticing kevin's gaze at him, "welcome." kevin replied.

jaehyun was looking at changmin who was staring at chanhee who was staring at kevin, jaehyun shook his head at them. "ah, love. makes you do things."

the next class, jaehyun and juyeon were walking to their classroom when jaehyun collided with someone and gasped, prettily and dramatically. there was chocolate milk staining his uniform. juyeon just sighed and shakes his head, "here we go,"

"oh my god my uniform!" he said. juyeon watches him unamused while the guy he collided with bit his lip, his face red in embarrassment, as he looks down on the floor. "are you not looking where you are going?!" he asked. juyeon sighed once again ad decided to interfere, but as he was about to, the guy spoke in the smallest voice possible.

"i-i'm sorry... jaehyun." juyeon looks him in confusion, how did this man know jaehyun? who is he- oh.

"oh wow, it's okay since you're cute. but how do you know my name?" jaehyun asked. the guy lifted his head, "i'm younghoon... younghoon kim." he said. juyeon wanted to laugh at his friend, he looks so ready to be eaten by the floor. "o-oh... hi? i know you."

younghoon's face looks at him in surprise, "r-really?" he stuttered. juyeon wanted to get away from this situation because he is experiencing secondhand embarrassment. "yeah! everyone knows you because you're handsome, and we share math and history together!" juyeon looks at him, he was with them on math in first periods, and jaehyun was normally this hyper but the rapid beating of his heart is definitely not normal.

"o-oh," younghoon said. jaehyun giggled at him, wow acting friendly to your crush is hard. i must be a legend. "stop stuttering! we're gonna be friends before this day ends, i am sure of it!" he said. good job jaehyun, friends.

juyeon just stood there like a wallflower he is, deep inside he's laughing at both of them because damn. he's slow but not stupid and oblivious. these two are dense as fuck.

younghoon was the first one to bid goodbye because he was going to his friend jacob, ( to probably rant about their encounter ) and the two lee's went to their classroom, with juyeon clowning jaehyun and his 'friend'. ( "shut the fuck up lee!" , "are you talking to yourself??" ).

younghoon went to where jacob's table were, he was with sangyeon, and haknyeon talking about something before younghoon went to them all red, "you look like you're gonna explode, are you okay?" jacob asked.

"yes, i just spilled some milk on my crush uniform, he called me cute and handsome, and he said we're friends now. i am perfectly fine." younghoon said in one breathe. haknyeon handed him some water. "jaehyun?" sangyeon asked. "the one and only." younghoon said.

"after a year of liking him, you finally talked to him. congrats! i can't even get my crush to notice me." jacob said, haknyeon and sangyeon sighed.

"then talked to him??" sangyeon said, jacob shakes his head. "i'm shy!"

"and this is why i hate love," sangyeon said. "love is beautiful though, like sunwoo." haknyeon said. "stop flexing your boyfriend," younghoon groaned. haknyeon laughed, "he's not my boyfriend, yet." he smirked.

"you two, be more like haknyeon. he actually does things for the progress of his relationship with his crush." sangyeon said to the two hopeless adults in the table. "are they on a relationship though?" younghoon asked. haknyeon smiled at him confidently, "soon, we will be. very soon."

they talked more until dismissal came, their classes were cancelled because of some reason but they aren't allowed to go outside of school yet, so they waited until dismissal. though, instead of standing up and packing up, they stayed on their spot. a few moments later, jaehyun and the '98 liners entered the cafeteria.

they were laughing at something, but jaehyun's eyes somehow found where younghoon was sitting at, he smiled at him and waved. younghoon shyly smiled and waved back. the people sitting with him saw the interaction and wiggled their eyebrows, "wow, progress." haknyeon said, "oh my god you're growing up!" sangyeon wiped his non-existent tears. "you're a big boy now." jacob sighed.

"stop it," younghoon groaned. trying to hide his face in his palms as his friends coo at him.

The next day, for the surprise of everyone and the delight of their friends, younghoon and jaehyun walked together in class, laughing among themselves. not really minding the whispers and heart eyes that was sent to them.

"they're cute. look at younghoon's red face, he likes him!"

"i know right, damn two visuals together? i think i'm gonna faint."

"then faint, no one's stopping you."

"jaehyun! younghoon!"

they look behind them and saw juyeon running towards them, "you actually forgot about me! we have math together!!" he said. jaehyun scratch the back of his head, "oh yeah, come on then!"

the crowd got even more noisy at lunch, when they reached their tables and juyeon asked them if they can join and they agreed. "hyung, my boyfriend is also coming here. i would like you all to meet him." haknyeon smiled at their shocked faces, "you're together now? oh wow." sangyeon said. "when i said we're gonna be together very soon, i mean it." haknyeon just smiled at them proudly.

they were talking about random things to get to know each other, when three other people joined them, kevin smiled widely at one of them who smiled back cutely and ran to him. "hyungie!"

"hyungs, and hi babe."

sunwoo went to haknyeon and kissed his cheeks, the others look at them in shocked. "pda, but y'all cute so continue." chanhee said.

and now the group was complete, with many more couples to rise.
