"So, you've met her." panimula ni Nica nang malaman niya ang nangyari. "Did you have fun?"
"Nica."
"Okay, okay! I know you're mad but it's kinda funny how she executed her plans. I never thought she would go that far."
I'm still irritated about what happened the other day.
"Two months ago, pinakilala siya ni Eve sa suit natin as her successor. That's where we met her. It's not official though, because we all know that the introductory for Circle Society is next week, but it's Eve, y'know. Once na may pinakilala siya, hindi na 'yun mababago. Hindi mo na siya naabutan because when you came back here, they're already at the camp."
Napabuntong hininga na lang ako sa sinabi niya. Hindi ko naman magawang magalit kay Trixie lalo na nang malaman ko kung sinong may pakana ng lahat.
"Anong trip ni Eve at kailangan niya pang gawin 'yun? Can't she mind her own business?" out of the blue kong tanong.

"Sigurado kang gusto mong malaman? Baka magwala ka kase."

"Ayaw niya kaseng mag-alaga ng bata sa sarili niyang club. Simple as that."

Naputol ang aking sinasabi nang marinig ko ang boses ni Acelynn, the parliamentarian of Supreme Student Council, sa megaphone at lahat ng nasa cafeteria ay napahinto sa pagkain.
"We have a few announcements to make before the end of the week. First, the introductory of Circle Society will be move on Friday." Napatingin ako kay Nica, but she just gives me the listen-to-her-first-look. "We decided to move it to the last day, because of the conflict that happened in the training camp yesterday, together with the Actual Skills Demonstration."
"Second, we will only have three days of regular classes and two days event exclusively for next week."
"Lastly, we are now trying to find someone who can lead the Midnight Racing Society. We, the Supreme Student Council, together with the higher-ups, have an intention to participate in the racing competition this year. We hope someone from you can be the next superior of the said society."
