Alexa's eyes fluttered open, but quickly shut as the light of the room invaded them with a bright assault. She blinked them open slowly to try and figure out where she was as her mind slowly cleared from a haze. The room seemed familiar, but yet foreign to her. Pulling the cozy blanket over top of her, she looked beneath it to realize she was still in her dress and sighed a breath of relief that she did not make any bad choices after a late night of heavily drinking. The bright morning light that escaped through a tiny slit through the curtains caused her head to remind herself of the events of last night, particularly the amount of alcohol she consumed.

Cradling her head, Alexa curled herself into the fetal position feeling awful as the hangover wave coursed through her entire body. Groaning, she crawled out of the bed and found her heels tossed on the floor by the foot of the bed. Alexa had a pretty good feeling where she had ended up as the memory of the night came back to the forefront of her mind. She remembered someone carrying her, rather Harry carrying her. He must of put her to bed in his spare room instead of taking her to Eugenie's.

Opening the door she sneaked out, careful not to wake the prince if he was still sleeping. It was then she heard noise coming from down the hall hoping that it was Harry. She peaked through a half open door and saw the bedding messily pulled back on top of the bed making her think it was Harry's bedroom. Alexa took her time tip toeing down the hall, stopping to look at the pictures that lined the cottage walls, pictures that no doubt Harry himself had put up.

She couldn't help but smile at a picture of Harry holding what appeared to be a newborn George in his arms while the prince smiled up to the camera like a proud first time uncle while cradling the little baby. Something inside of her made her glance away from the pictures, knowing that these were private moments in Harry's life and only meant for those close to him to see. An uneasy sense of intrusiveness flooded into her that she invading his privacy.

Alexa wandered around the corner seeing Harry in the kitchen grabbing a few things out of the fridge. He was talking on the phone to someone, listening intently to the other person on the line. His brow was furrowed in concentration while he leaned on the counter nodding silently in agreement.

She quietly stood there watching Harry as a small smile tugged on the corner of her lips. The memory of feeling her body pressed up against his warm body, while he carried her inside from the car came flooding into her mind as she placed the last missing remnants of her night. Her eyes roved over his entire body, over his muscular frame until she reached a set of blue eyes staring back at her catching her in the act.

An immediate smiled formed on his lips at the sight of Alexa as he held her gaze. Those blue eyes were surely going to be her kryptonite. Pushing herself off of the wall she slowly stepped towards him, averting her eyes away from Harry at the embarrassment she felt rising hotly against the flesh on her cheeks.

"Edward. Can I call you back in a minute?" Alexa continued to walk towards Harry as he hung up the phone.

"Morning sleepyhead." Harry smiled as Alexa tiptoed over to him still wearing the same dress she wore out last night and her make up still on, but slightly smudged.

"Morning." Alexa rubbed her tired eyes with a shy smile and leaned into Harry. Looking into his eyes, she stood up and gave Harry a kiss on the lips. "Thanks for looking after me last night..." She became a bit shy and slightly embarrassed looking away from him.

"I hope you were ok sleeping in the spare room?" His voice laced with a bit of uncertainty.

"Of course." Alexa snapped her head back having his eyes back in her view. "I remember you carrying me in and you were really sweet to drunk little me." She started to giggle.
