Raining The Impossible

• Chapter 4 •

"Hello!" Katelin greeted them when they came to our table and I just waved.

"Bibili lang kami ni Avery sa loob ng pagkain, may ipapabili kayo?" Zach asked after putting their bags down.

Gohan and the new girl told him what they wanted, and Katelin and I said we're already okay. They went inside 7/11 and Gohan and the new girl took the seats beside me.

"Hello Mirai!" Gohan said as he sat next to me. I scooted to my left to give them more space.

"Namiss mo ko?" He asked with a smile in his face and placing his elbow on the table. I just glared at him.

"Hey Gohan, aren't you going to introduce me?" The new girl said in a soft voice while tugging Gohan's yellow hoodie. He made an Oh-right expression.

"Oh um... Datura, this is Selena and Katelin. Selena, Katelin. This is Datura my cousin."

"Hi! Nice to meet you guys! Actually you can just call me Villa," Datura smiled then stood up and shook my hand and Katelin's.

Villa seems like a shy girl but she shook our hands so, I congratulate her on having the courage to do that. She also seemed very clingy to Gohan, like a different clingy for a cousin. I'm sensing weird vibes from her, not saying she ain't nice but, I don't think we'll get along.

"Selena, masusunog na ata si Villa sa tingin mo," Sabi ni Avery at saka tumawa. "Oh sorry, didn't intend to," I awkwardly apologize then looked away and sipped on my milk, wait I was staring at her?

Kararating lang nila Zach and they placed a bunch of chips in the table. Hindi ba sila nawawalan ng pera? Eh RK siguro mga toh.

"So, nakilala niyo na si Villa?" Tanong sa'min ni Avery. "Alam niyo ba? She was actually my first friend back in Grade 7 kasi naging magkatabi kami,"

Villa giggled at what Avery said. "Actually, I was pretty scared of even approaching her because she looked so smart and I was so intimidated by that,"

"Anexcited ko nga kausapin siya eh, because she looked like she would be nice to everyone and well she was. We really had no choice but to sit together since we were the only ones without friends there." Avery said while eating chips.

"So what are you fond of?" Katelin asked her casually, well almost casual.

"Um... I'm good in biology," Villa said softly. "Oo nga pala, maslalo na sa plants," Avery continued.

"Botany then?" Villa nods.

"She's really good in growing them, naalala ko may nalalanta na bush sa labas ng pisay tapos mga ilang araw lang napalago niya ulit. Parang magic nga eh," Avery chuckled. "Nung sinabi ko yun kay dad napahanga din siya kay Villa, kasi mahilig din si Papa magtanim,"

"Tama lang na napalaki niya ulit yung halamang yun, kung makahingi sa akin ng tubig ko parang ginawa akong water dispenser," Gohan shook his head. They all laughed at that, while I just smiled.
