The little Chenle recovered from no longer seeing his best friend. Their promises of growing old together died down, their innocent vows were hopeless, he thought.
Zhong Chenle trained under a well known company in South Korea and soon became a member of SM Entertainment's representative boy group NCT Dream. While on the other side of the world, Yan held close to her memories with her best friend. She's persuing her studies to become a doctor and will soon fly back to her hometown to finish her final years of studying there as well as to settle in.
Yan made sure to keep their promises despite not having each other through the years. She's also aware of her best friend's successes and was anticipating to see the prince she left.
