Chapter 3 (part 2)

Bailey's p.o.v.

  When I got out of class I went to lunch.  I seen Ava and went over to her.

"There you are! Took you long enough, we have some new people here ya know. I invited them to sit by us."

"Ok", was all I said.

When I sat down, I was about to eat my sandwich until I seen someone i've been trying to hide from all day. Luke. With his friends.

"Hey, isn't that Luke?" Ava asked.

"Yea, but I don't know why he's coming over here..."

Just as I finished saying that, him and his friends sat across from me and Ava.

"Oh! I almost...forgot... Bailey I have to make it to a densist appointment and my moms expecting me in the office in 2 minutes, we can talk after school about the rest of the day though, alright?"

"K Ava, see you after school" I quickly said.

Ava walked out the cafeteria doors and I was about to get up and walk away from the table from them as fast as possible until I felt a hand on my arm.

"We just want to talk and catch up who-Bailey, sorry. Just chill, ok?" Evan decided to say this to me with a grin on his face.

"Look I really have to go ok? I have to um... use...the bathroom! Yeah, the bathroom."

"Seriously Bailey, just let us talk to you real quick, please..."Luke pleaded.

"Fine" i replied while slumping down in my chair trying.to look not interested in what they were about to say.

"Great, you'll listen. Ok, so we were just, you know, wondering if you and that chick you were sitting with would want to come to our party later this week."

"I dont know..."

"Great so you'll come, ok that makes this plan easier."Evan replied to me.

"What plan, and I didn't even say I was going." I said almost snapping at them.

"Chill, ok? The plan was just to make sure you could come along with your friend. Ok? We know someone that lijes your friend and we think that they'd be good as a couple. Plus he'll shut up about her"Luke informed me.

The guys all walked off except for Luke.

"Listen Bailey, I know the rumors. I swear I didn't have anything to do with it ok? Can we please talk later about this? You know, at your house?"

"I honestly don't know Luke, we haven't talk ever since homecoming, and how do you know I didn't move?"

"Bailey, your bus went past your house when you were standing in the doorway, you didn't move. I got to go, but please, just let me.talk to you about everything ok?"

"Fine"

I can't say no to him. No matter how much I wanted to, I just couldn't. Crap. What about Ava? I'll just tell her that I remembered I can't hang out tonight. He's changed so much.

Luke's p.o.v.

  I have to fix everything with her. Just sitting at the table with her made me want to have her in my life. Again. When I got to my friends again they were staring at me.

"What?"

"Why were you still at the table when we left it. Wait. Don't tell me your trying to get a headstart on trying to get her to sleep with you at the party! Dude, you gotta make it fair ok" Aaron said laughing.

"Sorry dude, but I think I have a pretty good chance though." I lied. I would never take advantage of her.

"Don't be sorry dude, you should be glad, because the more you talk to her, the better."

We heard the bell ring and walked to class. When we were, the kept talking about the party and how rad its going to be.

To be honest, i'm just looking forward to going to Bailey's house after school. I get to see her again and get close to her again.
