Again, he always said that everyday. You liked him for 3 years and the words he said that day really broke your heart.

Flashback

"hey y/n, I want to tell you something" he stated in a serious face displayed on. He took your hand in his.

Your heart beating hard inside your chest.

'Is he going to confess?' You thought.

You looked up at him, eye to eye. Hoping the scenario that you've dream going to be come true.

He squeezed your hands as if he got really nervous. "I like Hana, the president of the class room. Can you help me with her?"

Each words he said, your heart scrunched up in sadness, jealousy and heartbroken. Your face wanting to frowned but you quickly covered up with a fake smile.

"hey, I think you will make a good couple with her! And of course, I will help you. No matter what you are still my bestfriend!" you beamed a side grin at him.

"Really?! Oh my god that's why I love you!" he hugged you in excitement. You two jumped up and down.

Of course, it's sad for you but you will do anything to keep his wide smile on his face like that. Even though, you have to sacrifice your own feelings.

"so, when should we start?" he calmed down a little after the little celebration.

"I will tell you the plan tomorrow" you fake smiled.

"okay, I need to go now! Bye" he waved.

You waved a little and saw his back disappeared in the hallways.

Finally, your tears make it ways down your cheeks. "it's okay, Hoshi. As long as you are happy, I will do anything for you"

One of your tears drop down to the floor.

"hey naega hosh!" you pumped your fist with him in the air. He smiled at you showing his gummy and his cute tooth, which you mesmerized it.

"so what's the first plan?"

"confess? It's would be better!" you suggest.

He pouted, "but what if she reject me?"

"she will accept you. Who wouldn't accept you, you little cute hamster" you pinched his cheeks.

"don't do that, I'm already a grown up man" he showed his muscles.

"yeah yeah of course" you said in sarcasm.

He rolled his eyes and grinned at you. Suddenly, Hana came acrossed us. You noticed her, "hey hosh, there she is! Go flirt with her!"

"okay okay! Don't be nervous!" he said to himself. He readjusted his hair and his clothes before he take his ways towards Hana.

He leaned beside her locker, trying to look like a man. Hana noticed him and smiled at him. The cute little things Hana did, made Hoshi's ear turning red same with his cheeks. He rubbed his nape and talked with her. They seems to having a quite long talk.

You were standing there, looking at the soon-to-be-a-couple flirting with each other. You smiled softly. You felt grateful that day, the tears didn't came out infront of them. You walked yourself toward the classroom.

You clutched the books on your chest, hugging them tightly. Your shoulder bounced up and down as you shuddered by your own crying self. You closed your eyes trying to shake off the scenes you saw earlier. It's make your heart broke. You trying to move on but how can you move on while you are his best friend and you have to see the scenes over and over again?

You came inside the classroom and sat in your seat. You put your head in between your elbow. You heard the door got slammed open but you didn't bother to look up.

The person shook you gently. You knew who it is so you look up. "hey Hoshi, how is it going?"

"it went well and you know what?! I'm going to tell her my feelings after school. I already told her to meet me after school!"

"good for you, Hoshi"

But it's not good for me. Hoshi please understand me.

"Thank you y/n for your advise! It's really helpful. I'll announce you a new matchmaker!" he did a wow gesture.

"haha, nonsense. Now shoo, your girlfriend is there" you pointed towards Hana.

"hey don't say that out a loud" he whispered to you and went to Hana.

And again they flirt with each other. You had enough of this. You can't hold any longer, you have to run from this. Before your poor heart got broken again.

You took your bag and you tell Hana that you sick. "Hana, can you tell the teacher that I'm sick? I'm not feeling well today"

"yeah I will" she smiled. She is kind, she really a good match for Hoshi.

"thank you" you bowed a little and made your way out. You kept your head low.

What a bad luck I have.

You came into your house. You made your way toward your bedroom and you laid down, not even bother to change your uniform.

After thought about Hoshi, you fell asleep.

"hey y/n" someone shook you. You really recognize the voice. You shot up from your sleep and you looked at the person.

It's really him.

"w-what are you doing h-here?" you stuttered.

"first, I want to visit you and second, I want to tell you what happen earlier" he excitedly said.

"uh okay"

"SHE ACCEPT ME. WE ARE A COUPLE!" he clapped his hand out of enjoyment.

"FINALLY!" you faked excited with him. You hugged him for a last time because you know he will be taken.

"thank you thank you y/n!" he eyes smiled at you. Which you adored so much.

"your welcome Soonyoung-ie"

You will never see me again, Soonyoung. I will leave you here with Hana. I'm hurted enough and I want to move on. Good bye Hoshi.
