Yuu's Love

Chapter 11

   It has been three months since Cyril and Yuu agreed to and understood each other's feeling. Yuu wasn't ready to date anyone, but he liked having Cyril by his side. Cyril likes Yuu, but is willing to wait until he's fully healed from his heartbreak. They both agreed that kissing is okay and cuddling, but nothing more until they were both ready for it. Also if either of them decide to go on a date with someone neither could get upset/angry because they are not together officially.

   "I'm throwing a dinner party tomorrow, Sensei finished on time for once and I think we should celebrate!"  Cyr said happily as his work team cheers.
   "Hey don't make it sound like I never do my part."  Chiaki pouts.
    "Well you rarely make a deadline," Yuu teases.
   "Yuu!" Chiaki blushes.
   "He's not wrong though Sensei." One girl says.
    "Yeah, we kinda have to pick up your slack sometimes" girl number 2 said.
   "It's a miracle no one passed out this time!"  The 3 girls all nod their heads in agreement.
   "Okay, okay, stop teasing him so much," Cyril sighs.
   "Thank you!" Chiaki huffs in annoyance as everyone else laughs.
   As the work day ends everyone is saying their goodbyes and heading out.
   "Yuu, can I talk to you for a moment?"  Cyril ask shyly.
   "Sure, just give me a sec to grab my things and I'll meet ya outside," cyr nods and walks away. This was their code for wanting to walk home together. Yuu starts gathering all of his belongings, but  one of his sketchbook's falls causing pages to fly across the floor. "Damn it..." he grumbles as he bends down to pick them up. Yuu stops and looks at the drawings, this was his personal book of Chiaki drawings.  "....."  Yuu stares at all of the pages covered with Chiaki, slowly picking them up.  "I didn't realize I had so many drawings of him..."   As he continue picking them up he stops when he sees one that's not of Chiaki, then another, and another.  'When did I start to draw him?'

    'I wonder what's taking Yuu so long... it's been like 20 minutes now... Should I go back up?' Cyr bites his bottom lip.  'Would that be too clingy if I did that?'  Cyr looks up at the building  'Yuu....' 
   Another 15 minutes pass before Yuu comes outside. He stops when Cyr glares at him.
   "Uh... Hey..." Yuu sounds nervous.
   "It took you over 30 minutes to pack up your things?" He says with some sass.
   "Yeah, I had knocked down one of my books and the pages got all over the floor...  It was kinda a big mess."
   Cyril crosses his arms and rolls his eyes. Yuu grabs Cyr by the chin, lifting it up, and giving him a light kiss on the lips.
   "I'm sorry, okay," he smiles.
   "We're out in public, you idiot!" Cyril blushes hard as he hits Yuu on the chest multiple times, making the older male laugh at this. 
  "Ow, okay, okay, I won't do it again." He chuckles more, "I have something for you."
   "You do?" He tilts his head slightly, not sure if he should trust him.
   "Yep, but you have to wait till we get to my house."
"I'm going to your place tonight?" Cyr smiles cutely at Yuu.
"If you want the surprise, then yes." He teases as he begins to walk off.
Cyril soon follows him and holds his hand. They talk about nothing important on the way to the train station, just smiling and somewhat laughing at one another. Once on the train they sit down and after awhile Cyr had fallen asleep before their stop so Yuu decided to carry him rather than waking him. When they get to Yuu's home, Yuu lays Cyril down on his bed and walks out, leaving him to rest. 
   'He must be tired... Can't say I blame him, getting Chiaki to finish on time was a miracle, he's very good at his job.'  Yuu starts to make some coffee and sits down and starts to draw.
As the time goes by Yuu looks at the time. 'Oh, it's getting late, I should go to bed soon.' He stands up and stretches.
"Yuu?" A sleepy Cyril, rubbing his eye as he yawns. Yuu stands up and walks over to him.
   "Hey," he lightly smiles as he wraps his hand around Cyr's waist and pulls him close.  "I was just about to go to bed."  He kisses Cyr's head.
   "Hmm, okay" Cyr leans into his touch and goes back to bed with Yuu. Cyr cuddles up to Yuu facing away as he gets spooned by the older male, making him smile.  "Hey, Yuu?" Cyril whispers
   "Yeah?"  Yuu replies softly
   "What was that surprise you were talking about?"  He turns to face him. "Weren't you going to show me?"
   "Yeah, but you fell asleep on the way here" he chuckles
   "I'm up now"  Cyril starts to give Yuu puppy dog eyes
   "Yes, but now I'm tired" he teases "I'll show you later"
    "Yuu!" He play punches his chest. "Please~ I'll give you a kiss"
   "Kiss first then surprise." He smirks as Cyril blushes
   "Fine" he makes a dull face then kisses Yuu's cheek  "There, now show me"
   "You call that a kiss? It was hardly a peck" he pouts.
   "Get the surprise then maybe you'll get a better one" he chuckles at the older male.
   "Fine"  He lets go of Cyr and gets out of bed. "I expect a make out for making me get out of bed" he says as he walks away.
   Cyr throws a pillow at him but misses and hits the door. Yuu can be heard laughing in the other room. After a few moments Yuu returns to his room with paper in his hands. He turns on the lights causing Cyril to hiss at the sudden brightness.
   "Vampire much" Yuu jokes as the younger male glares at him
   "A warning would have been nice" he sticks his tongue out.
   "Is that an invite?" He smirks as Cyr quickly puts it back in his mouth and blushes. Yuu sits on the bed next to Cyril and shows him the papers. Cyril takes them and stares at them for a very long time, not saying a word.
    "..." Cyr looks at Yuu "..... Why?"  He looks away aging.
   "Do you like them?" Cyril nods and tears up.  "What's wrong?"
   "I don't know... I'm just happy" he leans onto Yuu's shoulder  "Thank you, I love them" he closes his eyes. Yuu kisses Cyril forehead
   "Lets go to sleep now." He lays Cyril down, gets up, turns off the lights, then returns back to bed and cuddles with Cyr.
