Lisas Pov:I followed Christina out of the hospital, knowing that she told me we where going somewhere, but in the state of California, that somewhere could be 7 hours away. So i was kind of looking for a little less of a broadened idea of where somewhere was. "Christina when will i know where we're going" I asked? Christina looked at me putting her seat belt on. "When we get there" She said smiling. I rolled my eyes, and smiled at her, her phone rang and i glanced down but i didnt know who it was because she covered it. Christina picked up the phone. "Hey, we're on our way, we should be there by 7, we had a little problem, but its all fixed now" She said. All i heard the voice said was goodbye and then they both hung up. "Wow that was a quick call, hiding something" i asked? Christina smerked at me, knowing that that was the person who i was going to see, although i techically didnt know that, i figured it was. "No youll find out" Christina said. About 23 minutes later, we got to our destiantion, a house that seemed some what farmiliar to me, but not totally. Then i saw him.. My old friend from El Derado Hills, which was 7 hours away from Malibu. "Woah, hey Shawn, how are you" i asked? Shawn smiled, because he hadnt seen me since i was 16 and now i was 20, and he was 26. "The question is how are you" he asked? I smiled because i realized he has never changed. "Im not gonna answer till you tell me" I said smiling at him. He smiled, and christina went into the house. "I am living with my sister, because im still not married, but Christina and i have been talking, and i am sorry about what happened, with him, if you need help ill be there" Shawn said. Suddenly i smiled at him, with the most corny smile ever, he smiled back. He leaned in and of course, the first thing i did was look at his lips. Then it happened...... I kissed him, or wait.. did he kiss me, oh it doesnt matter we kissed. Although i didnt feel like i felt when i kissed Dave, i felt happy, and like i was on a romantic get away with the man of my dreams. Then i felt the baby kick, i guess my little baby liked him too. We stopped kissing, and he looked at me, and pushed my hair out of my eyes. "That was great" i said smiling and knowing that a kiss that lasted more then 10 seconds meant something more then just a peck. "I have been talking to your sister for a while, and I already asked your dad, but i was curious if you would want to go out with me" He asked? I thought i my head, suddenly i saw him in my future carrying my baby in his arms, and i was Mrs. Lisa Michelle Mendes.... I suddenly shook my head to get out of the daze i was in. "Yes i would love that" i said. I smiled at him and christina came out, and told me that we had to go. I got in the van all googley eyed, and remembered that i still had Shawns name in my cell phone. I sent him a text as we pulled out, ill pick you up around 4 tomorrow night, and we'll go out and catch up" i said.. In about 3 secons my phone lit up, so bright i got blinded and he said "Kay Hun Bye". "Hes so sweet" i said out loud not realzing i said it out loud. Suddenly christina looked over. "I take it you two hit it off" she said.. I wanted to tell her the weird details, but all i could think about was the kiss. "HIt it off.. we kissed, and now i feel like my heart is pounding out of my chest" i said all googly eyed. Christina knew that Lisa couldnt be happier, she knew that Shawn was a good guy and that he wouldnt hurt her.
Shawns POV:I was in my house, just sitting there staring at the wall, and smiling. My sister walked in laughing at me. "What are you laughing at" i asked? My sister came in and stood in front of me. "Youre all googly eyed and staring at a wall, what do you think im laughing at, and what happened between you and lisa" she asked? I wasnt afriad to tell her, she knew i was in love. "We kissed, and tomorrow we're going on a date" I said to my sister proudly. She could see me overflowing with pride and joy. "Well i must say, ive never seen you so happy, I hope you have a good time, you know.... you should suprise her with something" my sister said. I thought.. hmm.. right now all she needs is someone there. "Maybe i can get her a promise ring, but i dont know what size ring she takes" I said smiling. My sister picked up her cell, and looked at me. "Ill call Christina, they should be home by now" my sister said walking out front.
Christinas Pov:Lisa had just went inside and i was just about to leave to go back to the hospital with kathterine and lauren. Suddenly cell phone rang, and i looked down and it was shawns sister, Cassadee. "Hey Cass whats up" i asked getting into the car? Cassadee seemed hesitant. "No lisas not here if thats what youre wondering, she just walked into the house, i have to go out again, so whats up lol" i said informing her that i was in private. "Okay, well.. Shawn wants to get lisa a promise ring that they will always be together, and give it to her tomorrow, but he doesnt know her ring size, i was kind of hoping youd know" Cassadee asked me? I sat there thinking, then i remembered i did know.. "Yes, she takes a 5, her fingers are really small, but yeah she takes a 5, but ive gotta go now, because i gotta go see Lauren and Kath, if you wanna stop by the hospital, Lo Lo is on Floor 5, in room 455" I said. I heard Cassadee pause, and take a sip of some water. "Sure ill stop by, ill be there in like a half hour" cassadee said hanging up the phone. I pulled out of the driveway, and drove to the hospital, when i got there, i saw katherine leaving. I got out of my car. "Katherine, why are you leaving" i asked? Katherine walked across the parking lot, and over to my car window. "Lauren has to stay over night, so i have to get her pajamas" katherine said. I nodded as to say okay, and parked into the spot where i saw Cassadees car directly next to it.
