taehyung didn't eat lunch nor dinner that day after crying himself to sleep like he always does. jimin came to check on him for lunch, just to find him asleep. knowing what taehyung had gone through, jimin had left taehyung alone to rest. he came to check up on him once again for dinner, but again, taehyung was asleep with tear-stained cheeks.

the following morning came around and as always, taehyung woke up with puffy eyes. instead of getting out of bed straight away, he looked up onto the ceiling and thought about how pathetic he was to be crying for someone who had treated him badly. taehyung wasn't aware of the time nor was he aware of the opening door to his bedroom, he continued to gaze up at the ceiling until his friend has called out his name.

"taehyung-ah? you awake?"

it took a while for taehyung to snap out of his train of thoughts. he slowly looked over to jimin, who was standing next to his bed.

"mhm," taehyung gave a small nod without looking at the other.

"are you hungry? you didn't eat anything yesterday?"

instead of replying, taehyung shook his head.

"you still have to eat you know. i'll make some porridge for you, how does that sound?"

without replying, taehyung turned his body and faced the wall.

jimin sighed and walked out.

arriving at the kitchen, jimin grabbed his phone and dialled the number that he used to dial back when they were all in school together.

after a couple of rings, someone picked up.

"o, jimin."

"hyung, whatever you do, or however you do it, bring him there. bring him to the lake house. the one we used to go to before everything broke apart"

"jimin-ah what are you talking about?"

"hyung taehyung came back home crying yesterday. cried himself to sleep like usual. he skipped both lunch and dinner and you expect me to not do anything about it? hyung i've had enough of taehyung crying himself to sleep every night." jimin sighed as he pushed back his hair.

"do whatever you have to do. even if it means kidnapping him. just do it hyung."

a sigh was heard through the phone.

"okay. i'll find a way."

right before they ended the call, jimin spoke up.

"jin-hyung. we have to fix this. all of this."

"i know jimin. i know."

with that, the call finally ended and jimin proceeded with making breakfast.
