Chapter 4: You Can Stay

Blushing hardly as he was on top of me, unknowingly what to do. My phone rang, making us both startled. As I reached for my phone, I pushed him away and immediately went to the balcony.

I looked at who was calling me and saw Hyunjin's name. Answering the phone with stiffness remembering what happened earlier. He was worried and only called if I was home already. He invited me to his birthday party this weekend. I accepted the invite and asked her if we can have lunch together because I need to talk to her.

Unfortunately, he had a date with Minho tomorrow. This really pissed me off. I ended the call with politeness and went back to the room and saw Minho fell asleep in my bed shirtless. I noticed his body and made me nervous, the anger I felt earlier was replaced by tense. I went to bed separating his half with a pillow, so we will not be able to touch each other.

Morning came and I was in his chest, his hot breath was brisling to my hair. We both woke up to the sound of my alarm and noticed how close our faces were. We both are shocked and separated from each other as fast as we can. Him being this teaser, he teases me that if I want to cuddle, I could just say so. I kicked him out of the bed in annoyance and got ready for school.

Back on being the council president, I check every student's attire if they are prim and proper. Luckily, no one bothered to defy the rules. Some of them may have forgotten to button up their shirts, at least it can be corrected easily. I was so happy that no one made my mood bad early in the morning.

The school bell rang, and as I entered my class, I saw Hyunjin and Minho together. I remembered that they had a date together. Hyunjin greeted me and I smiled back. He asked me what we were going to talk about, I just waved at her and said that it was not important.

"Class, we will be having a project and all of you will be paired up.." The professor announced as he entered the room. Everyone looked for a pair, Hyunjin wanted to be paired up with Minho, but the professor knew that we are partners since they are the one who decides on that. So, he was paired with Jeongin..

Lunch has come and I am eating in the canteen, until Sana, a popular teen in the cheerleading team, sat beside me and offered me food. Confused by the situation, someone grabbed the plate she put in front of me and replaced it with another meal. I looked up at the person and saw Minho, he also gave me the pink milk. Sana continued to flirt with me in front of him, until he shouted that I am reserved. shocked by the statement, I walked out the canteen and bumped into Hyunjin asking me what Minho meant. "I d-don't know w-what he's talking about." I answered abruptly. He smiled at me and I brought him to Minho.

I was in the park studying to make my straight A's come back. I saw Hyunjin and sat beside me. He was really sad. He ranted to me about Minho, that he was not giving him too much attention.

They have been together for 6 weeks. He ranted that they never even kissed, never even cuddled, nor gave love. It makes me uncomfortable that my crush is talking to me with this stuff. Since, I am his best friend, I gave him advice "Minhol is too much of a gentleman that he can't do stuff to you early on in your relationship." While saying that I remember what happened last night. I wondered if Minho liked boys or just really teasing me.

As I went back to the building, I saw Han carrying boxes. I ran to him and helped him. "Where are you taking them?" I asked him. "To the journalism's office, for the documentation on the practice game of our volleyball team," he answered. As we walked, we saw Changbin and Chan getting stuff at their lockers. I noticed that Han is blushing and smiling at the same time. I asked him, "What's with the smile?"

He then told the story about the same scenario they had together with Changbin, and I listened to him instinctively. Han was walking in the hallway with stacks of documents in his hand and could not see the way. He dropped the stuff because it was heavy, and his arms were tired from all the writings he did in class.

Chan and Changbin were walking on the other way and saw a sliding document towards them. Changbin picks it up and looks to see who it did belong to and notices Han picking up the same stuff. He went to him and helped him.

He was embarrassed because it was the third time that Changbin had helped him. It was already late, Chan bid goodbye to Changbin, as the latter and Han went to the Journalism office. Changbin offered to walk him home and he agreed.

They were walking peacefully until it rained. They did not have an umbrella; Changbin took off his jacket and covered both of them. The space between them is so small, making Changbin step on Han's foot making him tripped. Han caught him and as they were soaking in the rain they stared immensely as their heart beats as one.

They both went to Han's home and asked Changbin to stay there since he was soaking wet. They went to the room and changed clothes. Changbin was about to leave because he did not want to disturb Han, when suddenly Han held his wrist and said softly YOU CAN STAY.
