Callie pov
I walked into GSM with a happy feeling but there was something missing.
I was going to the first nurses station that I saw. When I looked up from my bag that was when I saw her. She had amazing short curly blonde hair, and had bubble gum color lips with a big smile on.
I didn't like girls, but she was just beautiful.
"Hello! I'm Arizona Robbins!" She said with a smile and her hand out.
" oh, Hey I'm Callie Torres. " I said with shaking her hand, I couldn't stop staring at her. That's when I noticed I was shaking her hand for a minute. I blushed and my face turned red, but I was thankful for my skin because it's didn't show. " Oh I'm sorry I blanked out. Do you know this place better good? You seem like you've been here a while"
"No, no, your okay. I didn't mind you shaking my hand" Arizona laughed "I'm just like you. My first day, I didn't know how this place flows!" She smiled. "I only came because Addion wanted me. By the way I'm in Peds"
Omg, that's why she is so purky . Oh great, why does she have to be in peds. I thought to myself.
I was gonna ask her more questions but then I saw how peaceful she's looked feeling out papers. Thanks when I told my self ' Callie you don't like girls. Okay, and by the way she doesn't even look lesbian. So you shouldn't care'
"Peds um, isn't think like a really easy thing to do? Why are you wasting your time on peds. You like a gifted surgeon" oh dang I didn't mean to say that, it just came out. I have to make friends not enemy's.
Arizona smiled " See, everyone thinks that peds is so easy, only weak people do it. But you know what? That isn't true" she said looking at my straight in the eye, I could almost feel like she's reading my soul " I work in peds because it feels all the joy that I need. I work with tiny humans all day and they make me smile. They believe in the tooth fairy, and Santa clause, they have fairy dust in there iv bags." She smiled. I was gonna ask her something but she got paged.
