Me and Callie were in the OR room, along with my favorite scrub nurse, and my intern karev.
"This kid is all kinds of messed up man! Not like me, but dude he has ribs sticking out of him." Karev said smiling
"You know this kid probably will be in a bed for half a year right? And all you can say is that he is all messed up?" Callie said looking at him for a slit second and then went back to her bone stuff.
I don't think that Callie really knows karev, he has like this dark meaningful humor, that not a lot of people get.
It was dead silent for a while, and to be I hate being in ORs when it's dead silent
"So, Karev, what did you do yesterday, since you decided to not be on my service?"
"Oh crap, I didn't know you would see that. But you were to busy talking to ms. Ortho chick, when I wanted you, so I switched with Mar, and she didn't mind." Me and Callie looked at each other for a while then he saw us
"What about you Dr. Robbins and Dr.Torres? What did y'all do?"
Before Callie could say anything I started "Well, I had a date with this super hot, and by hot I mean wow! Anyways I was gonna say, so this girl I went out with last night was awesome, she has a great smile, a really nice body and a wonderful personality. She couldn't be more perfect" I said a smile, trying not to look at Callie smiling. 'Dude your gay?! Man I all the hot ones are gay." He said and we all laughed.

The surgery went great, it couldn't go better. Still wondering what happened to the boy
" Hey hunt! Are you going to tell me what happened? Because you yelling at me I don't appreciate it, I didn't do anything but asked a question.". He turned around and looked at me.
"This is my ex girlfriends son, I was going to marry her but when I got back from war didn't tell her. And it turns out she was pregnant with my child and never told me. And she was with a junkie and he was driving so this is what happened" I felt so bad.
"Oh, so that's your son?" I said with my super magic smile "Hes a fighter, he did great in the OR." I look d at him and rolled away.
