Daigo Madoka, a person with a heart full of light and his teammates were gsent to investigate a pyramid. A hologram named "Yuzare" told them about this pyramid. This pyramid was filled with three giants. Tiga and two other Ultramen. Tiga and the two other ultramen sealed themselves in the pyramid when they were done protecting earth. The GUTS team (aka the team that consists of Daigo and his friends) were able to get there but two monsters came. The volcanic monster, Golza and the flying monster, Melba.

Golza and Melba were able to get rid of the pyramid. They destroyed two of those ultramen (they are statues now) killing them. Daigo saw this and did his best to kill the monsters. But it only lead to his plane crashing. Then, something very great happened.
Daigo merged with Tiga, saving his life. Tiga then woke up from his rest and started to attack Golza and Melba. Golza managed to escape but Melba didn't. Tiga transformed into his sky type mode and killed Melba. Daigo didn't really understand what was going on but he still knew he was Ultraman.
He would transform into Tiga with his "Tiga Spark". It would turn him into the god once held.
He went on to kill other monsters like Golza himself. Aliens, such as Kyrieloid and Kyrieloid 2.
