This report is submitted by agent Charles. For the last few months, I have been investigating the SKIN WALKER case.
There have been reports of some people saying that their dogs barking at somebody and then going insane, they would run after them, and bite them. But the victim would be pulled out of their skin. And then start running away.
We have convinced the witnesses that it was all only the trick of the light, but we are sure it was not. Because we had found one, captured it, and studied it.
The weird thing is that its organs did not look human at all. In fact, our scientists were startled by what their eyes had come to see.
The organs were pure black, its skin was grey, ant its blood was blue. But, when they touched one of its organs (the one that was thought to be the stomach) all its organs disintegrated, leaving nothing, not even skin, or bones.
Then another discovery, "Skin walkers ranch", a remote property in northern Utah, is the playground of the paranormal. It is most famous for Skin walkers. This site is to be investigated later.
This case MUST be kept classified until we are sure with who, or what to be more specific are we dealing with. The Government must be alerted to fund us, so we can hire professional investigators to take over the case.
