Taehyune(zain) both are same person

So went away from y/n because of some problems...He went to UK
He thought she would come but then she had a car accident and she forgot
Everything and then when taehyune felt like she won't come UK he came back to Korea for her and when he met her she just asked who he is
Taehyune felt like she don't love him anymore he went into depression and tried to focus on himself still he couldn't forget y/n mainwhile y/n memory came back and she tried so much to get contact with taehyune but it was useless cause taehyune changed his name from zain to taehyune also and after all this drama it's been 2 years now when he came back he got to know everything about her losing memory and everything she didn't remember his face cause it's been years she had a doubt but she didn't give attention to it

Taehyune explained everything

Y/n : don't ever leave me again please

Taehyune : I won't I CAN NEVER *Hugs y/n*

Doctor enters the room

Doctor: taehyune please come out

Taehyune leave after whispering I love you to y/n

With those words the doctor leaves

Taehyune goes out of the hospital and comes back to the hospital

Taehyune sits down and looks at y/n

Taehyune takes out a beautiful ring
