Chapter 15

Jennie pov

Lisa and I were childhood bestfriend since 5 years old, my family and hers were friends. Even we are living in New Zealand we still have a communication. Maybe that's the reason why our friendship were strong. I'm inlove with her since the day she protect me to those bullies in our school. She save me when they started throwing eggs towards me. She got a few bruises but she ignored them and asked me.

"Are you okay Jennie? Are you hurt?" A little Lisa asked

I stared at her for a few minutes, then i started to cry. She comfort me until our parents come and pick us up. After that day Lisa protect me by staying at my side, also she started to learn a martial arts. She say that it will help us in the future, and i believe her.

*ring ring*

"Hello ceo-nim?"

"Jennie, you have a schedule at 6pm." He said

"Eh? Manager said that i'm free this night." I argued

"I know but this is important, one of our actress in a film reject it and we need to replace her. And the producer wants you!" He explained

"But ceo-nim, i have plans tonight Can you just resched it?." I said

"I can't they are rushing it. Please jennie, its for our company and to you as well. Come in our company okay? I'll call your manager too. Thank you and see you jennie." He begged and hang up our call

"Ceo-nim! Hello? Ceo-nim? Aishhh!"

This annoying ceo, what should i do now? How about lisa? Should i tell her now? Please don't get mad at me lisa.

*tap tap tap*  *ring ring*

"Hello jennie-yah, what's up?" She happily greeted me

"Uhm lisa, i can't come to our dinner tonight."

"Huh? Why?" She asked

"Ceo-nim called me and said that one of our actress rejected her roles so i have to replace her."  I explained

I'm sorry that i have to hurt you Lisa.

"Oh.. its okay jennie, we can do it next time. Congrats to your upcoming project." She simply said

"Lisa.."

"Its okay jen, we can really do it next time. I will also treat you at the amusement park." She said

"Really?" I asked

"Yep, so.. go now and make me proud okay?" She said

"I will, love you lisa and sorry again" i said

"Its okay, love you too jen. Take care"

It's good thing that Lisa didn't get mad at me. I should treat her in good meal next time.
