felix tapped his foot anxiously waiting for seungmin after he had rung the younger's doorbell. chan was waiting next to the house, leaning on the hood of his car.

after a few minutes seungmin opened up the door, his face lighting up seeing felix who was grinning awkwardly and sweating.
❝ so, where do we plan to go? ❞
seungmin asked, felix didn't quite hear him since he was busy staring at seungmin who clearly spent some time to make himself pretty.

❝ th-that's still a secret, you look really good by the way. ❞
felix complemented and seungmin blushed but hid it by laughing.
❝ you too lix, uhm, chan hyung is waiting should we.... ❞
seungmin pointed at chan who was narrowing his eyes at them, impatiently waiting from his car.

felix smacked his forehead but nonetheless he stood beside seungmin and wrapped his arm around the younger's shoulders to lead them to the car.

felix and seungmin sat on the backseat stealing glances at each other while chan drove them in an awkward silence, felix smiled slyly, pretending to look around and crawled his fingers towards seungmin's hand. chan saw this from the mirror and he cleared his throat the moment they touched hands and felix retracted his hand away and whistled away the awkwardness.

they stopped by the concert venue and seungmin gawked seeing it from the window.
❝ felix- hOLY PARK SUNGJIN YOU DID NOT! ❞
seungmin covered his mouth at felix holding up two concert tickets with a bright grin.

seungmin jumped to hug felix and the older laughed, closing his eyes engulfing seungmin's sweet scent and he lightly stroked the younger's hair.
❝ thank you. ❞
he whispered and felix chuckled, not wanting the hug to end because he loved how warm seungmin's embrace was.

they walked to line up, entering the venue after a wealthy time of waiting. felix laughed and held seungmin's hand, running in the hallways towards the entrance of the port their tickets indicated they were placed. they arrived at the standing area, glancing up at the stage and lights they gaze at where they stood. felix looked at seungmin and held his hand tighter, placing his pointer finger on his lips and they ducked, walking and squeezing to a better place to stand and watch the concert that's about to start.

felix still hasn't exactly planned out how he is going to confess but he decided to enjoy the concert for a while with seungmin before worrying about it. an hour of playing, jumping and having fun passed, the song jisung mentioned titled "i like you" started and he almost stopped breathing.

❝ in life there aren't many days when things go your way ~ there are more days where it didn't go my way ~ will today be another one of those days?  ❞
felix had his eyes up on jae singing his lines while strumming his guitar, seungmin sighed, his gaze and hearing unaware of the surroundings as his thoughts battled with his feelings.

❝ hey felix, i've been meaning to say this for a while. ❞
he said, felix glanced at seungmin who was standing still and staring at the band performing on stage.
❝ i am pretty worried ~ after i tell you these words ~ i'm not sure if we can go back ~ to smiling like we are now ~ but i have to ~ i like you ~ ❞

❝ i like you. ❞
seungmin said and looked at felix with a sweet smile up to his eyes that disappeared into sparkling crescents. felix jaw hung open as he stared at him, he tried to speak but no words came from his mouth due to utter shock and his eyes were still open wide.
❝ it's okay if you don't feel the same, i-i just wanted to te— mMPH! ❞
seungmin's eyes widened as felix pulled on his shirt and kissed him.

seungmin smiled and kissed back, wrapping his arms around felix's waist while the older was on his tip toes and arms around seungmin's neck almost hugging him. the song kept playing, it was true they were surrounded by many people, but it felt like it was only them alone in each other's arms.
