| DO NOT QUIT

Before 2020 starts, I bet each and everyone of us imagined and planned out our year ahead. We thought about what we'll do and how we'll start. We thought about what should we improve and what should we achieve. And simply aimed for success.

On the other hand, some of us might have decided that 2020 will be the year for change. For a fresh start to make life better. Such as, to excel more in school. To finally graduate. To finally find a job. To finally go out and meet friends again. To make amends and give ourselves a chance to try once again. But this pandemic happened and turn things upside down.
With this kind of situation we have, where things are too hard, overwhelming and causes too much distress, it's really easy to quit and give up. But, all through the Bible, we are reminded to always endure in our hardships and obey God's word.

Scripture reading : 𝙍𝙤𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙨 15:4
We can read stories in the Bible of examples of people who faced impossibly difficult situations and still made choice to keep moving forward in faith, without knowing what the outcome would be. One is, Job did all the right things, but still faced heartbreakingly difficult situations and praised God in the midst of them. God greatly rewarded Job for his faith. Jesus, of course, is the ultimate example of endurance. He did nothing wrong and still went through adversity, pain, and hardship...all for us.

For the last few months, last week, yesterday or even today, you might have been thinking about quitting to end your troubles and we may all haveq list of reasons to give up. But hey! May we find inspiration with these people who persevered with their faith. Remember that in everything that we do, God is with us.

So don't give up! Don't quit on your studies. Don't quit over rejections. Don't quit with your passion. Don't quit over failed relationships. Don't quit on life. Don't quit with God.

A blessed day ahead. To God be the glory!
