One of your hands was intertwined within Sabrina's while the other pulled your suitcase behind you. You felt your knees shaking under you with each step that you took. You're just minutes away from boarding the plane and you're feeling terrified.

When Sabrina first showed you the tickets she bought to Hawaii you were excited but the closer it got the more afraid you became. You didn't want your fear of flying to ruin yet another vacation so you tried to tell yourself you'd be okay, and you were for a little while.

Until you arrived at the airport about ten minutes ago and now you're starting to feel anxious.

You could feel your hand beginning to sweat. Looking around at all people you could see them laughing or burying their noses into their phones. They seemed to be okay with what was ahead, but you weren't.

You stopped walking suddenly causing Sabrina to be yanked back when you did. She chuckled at first, thinking you were trying to be playful but when she saw the look of total fear and panic in your eyes her smile fell and she was by your side again. "Are you okay?"

You shook your head so Sabrina guided you over to an empty row of seats. She got in front of you and took your hands into hers. "What's going on? Did you forget something?" You shook your head again. "Y/n, talk to me. What's wrong?"

You took a shaky breath and looked into her eyes. "I don't think I can do it." She furrowed her eyebrows in confusion. "What do you mean?"

"The flight! I don't think I can get on it, I'm too scared." Sabrina finally understood what you were getting at. She let out a sigh and nodded. "You're scared of flying? Why didn't you tell me? Baby, we could've gone somewhere else. We could've driven somewhere."

"Because you already bought the tickets and I could see the happiness in your eyes. I guess I just didn't wanna disappoint you." She kissed your hand softly. "You could never disappoint me, y/n. It's okay to tell me these things. I'd rather you be honest with me. We don't have to go if you're not comfortable. We can do something else."

You shrugged your shoulders. "I want to go. I really do. I'm just scared. I've never flown anywhere before and I guess I'm just too afraid." She nodded, clearly understanding what you were saying and how you felt.

"It's up to you. You tell me what you wanna do, I'm okay with either. If you're more comfortable with staying here and driving somewhere for a weekend we can do that instead. If you wanna go we can. I'm gonna be right there with you, baby. I won't let anything happen to you."

You let out a nervous sigh. "I wanna go."

"You're sure? Don't do this for me, y/n. Really, if you're too scared we will stay right here." You shook your head. "I really want to. Just please, don't leave me." She stole a few kisses from your lips with a small smile. "I won't. I'll be there with you the whole time."

You jumped when you heard the announcement over the loudspeaker that your flight was boarding. Sabrina stood up and held her hand out for you. "Ready, baby?"

You took a deep breath and took her hand. "I'm ready."
