the bright sunlight seeping through the hotel window woke you up from your peaceful slumber. strong hands holding you tight as you cuddled up close to your boyfriend's chest.
"morning princess." deckard said, kissing the top of your head gently. rubbing small circles on your thighs. "good morning." you whispered , feeling content by listening to his steady heartbeat.
this is your life, despite being a toretto, you were sent away to live with your aunt in london. far away from mia and dom. you worked as a nurse in a hospital. life was okay then. but ever since you met deckard, life has been amazing. he is everything you could've asked for and more.
you were hoping he would stay and cuddle with you for at least a few more hours, but that plan went out the window when his phone rang. you didn't hear what the other person said but it was clear that it made deckard upset.
"what is it?" you asked, kissing his tense shoulders. "is everything okay?" "it's about my brother." he said, "i'm sorry but i have to go."
he must've seen the dissapointed look on your face because before you knew it, he was kissing you passionately. "i promise i'll come back to you." he said, walking to the bathroom. only to come out minutes later fully dressed and ready to go.
"so, i guess i'll see you soon?" you asked, looking towards your boyfriend as he kissed your forehead before walking out the door.

deckard has been gone for a few days now. you spend your days buying groceries, working out, and reading books.
your life really isn't as interesting as it seems. since you stopped working with dom a few years back. ever since they found out about your real passion by helping people in the medical field, everyone decided to let you finish you medical school and work as a nurse. but still managing to always keep up with you on a weekly basis.
you were cooking dinner when your phone suddenly rings. it was an unknown number calling you.
"hello?" "valerie, it's me brian. han's dead."
