Maddies POV:
Mom's acting very weird. I went to ask her when we are leaving to go to dancing today and she said we are not going. What?????

Maybe I should ask whats up

"Mom", I called
"Yes honey"
"Why can't we go to dancing? Whats up?," I questioned.
"Abby said that you and Mackenzie should have a break"
"Why"
"She said that you and Mackenzie look like you are stressed out"
"I promise I'm not"
"Okay you can go to dancing today but Mackenzie will stay at home.
"Okay"

So today at dancing I was waiting in the den. And then Abby comes up to me.

"You're supposed to be at home having a break!"
"I don't want to have a break. I will ruin the duet"
"Okay Maddie, it's up to you"
"Thanks Miss Abby", I said excitedly.

Mackenzie's POV:
*Meanwhile: at home*
I'm glad I'm having a break because I think Abby's right. I kept thinking about it and realised that could be the reason Abby keeps yelling at me. I needed a break! I must of been slacking off. But I hope I don't ruin the group dance. Oh well.

Brooke's POV:
*at dance*
I wonder why Mackenzie isn't here. I havn't got a chance to ask Maddie yet.

"Brooke your not focusing", yelled Abby. "We are up to the next stretch."

Thats what you get when you think about whats going on with other people.

Maddie's POV:
After dance everyone kept coming up to me and asking where Mackenzie is. I told them what Abby said. They asked if she will be at the competition and I said yes.

When I came home from dance I asked Mackenzie whats for dinner.

"Pizza", she said

Mackenzies POV:
That night I went to bed but I didn't sleep that well I had a bad dream. It was about Maddie.

Maddie had a duet with me. We were both dancing but suddenly she stopped and froze then ran off stage. I ran off to to see if she was okay but she wouldn't talk to me. Everytime I tried to speak to her she would just dissapear like she turned invisible.

I shook my head and looked at the ceiling. I tried to go back to sleep.
