Chapter 9 - Valentine Concert

~Third pov
Today is their Valentine concert. Everyone is busy getting ready for one rehearsal before they open the doors. Staffs are busy organizing the the place, they had to add some chairs at the left side because they didn't expect that there will be that much of walk in fans. They kinda of pay attention to the number of fans that bought tickets online.

~Lara pov
I think everytime that we're about to perform I would always feel nervous and excited at the same time. I can already hear the fans chanting while the overture is playing. Okay here we go!

Aitakatta!
Gustong Makita!
Aitakatta ~ Yes!
Ikaw nga ~

Looking at the crowds I saw her. She .. She's here! She is seating at the front row, I guess the fans recognize her and let her seat at the fornt.

My heart start beating fast as I saw her staring at me, I can't get my eyes off of her. This song, the song that brought us together takes me back to the old times. As I sing those lyrics while looking at her it felt like I was singing with her again.

As the show goes on, Lara never took her eyes away from Sayaka. After they performed every singles, the girls performed by trio and ofcourse by ships that the fans had made.

Its time for teams to perform their songs. For Team N4 they will be performing a tiktok mix and Palusot Ko'y Maybe.

While performing Palusot Ko'y Maybe, Brei notice that Lara have been staring at someone and she don't need to follow her gaze cause she already know who she was looking for.

During the instrumental part of their song Brei suddenly break their blockings and shouted

Brei: Lara! DAISUKI!!!

Everyone was surprised. For the fans they thought it was part of the performance and since they shipped the two they were cheering for Brei.

Coco who recovered first

Minamahal ka, nasasaktan na

And they go on with the performance. Lara was shocked to but she imediately look over Sayaka again. She saw Sayaka was smiling towards her but it's not the usual smile anymore.

The girls would probably teasing them by now since everyone heard what Brei shouted during the performance but they were still in the middle of the concert.

After they said their thank you and goodbye, the girls immediately change their clothes into white shirt and denim shorts. A few minutes they could here the crowd shouting for encore and soon they are lining up getting ready for their encore song.

Manila 48 started to play as a cue for them to run towards the stage and place themselve at their spots. In the middle of the song suddenly there was an alarm sound that made everyone stop their performance, there was a WARNING sign at the big screen behind them.

It was the announcement for their 6th single senbatsu. Tears have falled into the faces of the girls as the announcement was done, some have tears if joy and some are crying because they didn't get in.

Lara had a mix emotion, she is happy that finaly Jaydee became a senbatsu. She even run and hug her to congratulate her. But when they were singing Talulot Ng Sakura as their closing song, she can't help it. Tears run down to her face, her chest is tightening, she can't even sing but she bared it all. She stand strong and finish the song.

Sayaka who saw Lara crying while singing made her want to run over and hug her. Brei on the other hand can't walk over to hug Lara because the center stage is always for the Talulot Ng Sakura senbatsu members when the song is being performed. Nile who is somehow near to Lara waited for the song to finish so she can hug her, this is the first time she have seen her like that.

I remember how Lara was really crying that time. I can never forget how hard she was trying to finish Talulot ng Sakura while she was stoping her tears to run down her face. She had this side that she doesn't want her fans see her crying,  its cute actually Hehehe The only times I saw her cry was at the Online Update back in their aspirant days, the other one is when she celebrated her birthday as an official member because it was the first time she wasn't celebrating with her family.
