Raises her hands to her face, Bonnie presses the heel of her hands over her eyes and clenches them shut. Every negative emotion was hitting her all at once and she couldn't take it anymore. All the sadness she's been holding in and keeping to herself. The anger she's been bottling up and only unleashing when fighting someone, is crashing down.

A scream leaves her and glass breaks around her house. Mirrors crack and she hears the tv fall off the tv stand downstairs. The windows all break and glass explodes into the house. She drops to her knees and lets the hot tears leave her eyes. Her fist clench at her side and she feels her throat feel tight. Green eyes open and she only looks at the ground beneath her. She notices pieces of glass under her and a particular large piece bringing her attention.

Grabbing it she starts thinking. 'I should end it right here, right now' 'No one will miss me' 'I'm only needed to keep Elena alive'

Swallowing, she squeezes her hand around the glass and winces feeling it enter her skin. Should she do it? Who would miss her? At that last thought she lets out a bitter laugh. "No one will" She finds herself whispering to the silent home.

Damon might- No. Her head shakes that thought away stubbornly. She wasn't that important to him. They were just two misunderstood people in the world who found each other. They helped give each other comfort and company.

But you feel more than that with him-No. They were nothing more and nothing less. Biting on her lip, she looks at her left wrist and the piece of glass. It was shape enough to cut her wrist easily and big enough for her to even cut hold it. It was sitting right infront of her waiting to be grabbed. Almost like fate told her to do this. Raising it over her wrist, she starts to breathe heavy the closer she gets to her wrist. Her heart starts pumping erratically and her eyes stare on wide.

Everything is tuned out around her. She doesn't hear the birds chirping outside. Her ears don't pick up her phone ringing downstairs in the living room, and she doesn't even hear the cars riding past. It's amazing how nobody came to check on her house wondering what that noise was. That showed nobody cared about her. Life was not worth living. She didn't need to live another day.

The glass presses down on her vein and she clenches her teeth together at the pain. Her eyes squint harder the more the glass presses into her skin. Blood slowly comes out more and more and she doesn't stop. Bonnie feels her hand start to shake and tries to keep her wrist tense. The pain becoming too much, she finally scrapes it across and watches the deep cut form and bleed profusely.

Leaning against the wall, her eyes find the broken window and she looks at the sun starting to set. Her green eyes are full with tears and her skin feels hot. She sits there with shaky breaths and tries to relax and wait.

When her eyes feel tired, she looks down at her wrist and notices a small puddle of blood on the floor beneath her. It seemed her body was full of blood and wasn't running out anytime soon, because it just kept coming. She feels her lashes tremble one last time and doesn't fight the darkness washing over her.

Damon is alert as soon as he sees the broken windows and broken glass on the floor. He busts the door open without another thought and calls out for Bonnie. He hoped she didn't say those things because she was gonna do something stupid. He tenses when his nose smells her blood. The vampire in him wants to taste it and feels hungry. Damon stiffly speeds to the smell and his body jerks back at the sight.

Bonnie Bennett lays lifeless on the ground before him. He runs without a thought and crouches down to her. He looks at the pool of blood and pulls her lifeless body onto him. Damon curses and listens for her heartbeat. There's none. He refuses to believe she's dead though, so he bites into his wrist and puts it to her mouth.
