*Leaves rustling with the wind blowing with a few droplets of water from the rain*
I was walking on the sidewalk on my way home from the cafè, I guess I can say that it wasn't just another boring day of school. Well school was boring but my time with Vincent in the cafè definitely brightened up my day. He even walked me home like what was that???
Everything in school was still the same but that nightmare made this day bad and I thought it would stay that way.
Fortunately, Vincent came and saved the day... hopefully I could dream about it. Not lucid dream cause that would take away the sweetness or the butterflies in my tummy. Vincent just hits different.
As I was walking, I thought of having another session of my lucid dreaming which I do quite alot ever since I got the hang of it a few months ago. Being able to control my dreams makes reality feel boring. But today... today is different. Today is special.
"Hi Sweetie!" An old lady buying a news paper greets me as I walk into my apartment building.
"Hello Ms. Redd! How was the apple pie you were baking?"
"It was sweet and tasty! I'd give you a slice if you have a minute."
"No thanks! I'm a little tired from school. Maybe next time."
We gave each other a nod and I continued walking to get inside my old apartment building.
By the way, that was Ms. Redd, she lives next to my apartment and she's a really sweet old lady. She also makes delicious pies, she gives me some everytime she baked.
I walked up the stairs and got to my apartment. Took the keys out of my pocket and got inside. Took off my coat and my shoes and got inside the shower.
As soon as I finished showering, I got my Pajams out of my closet, grabbed the headset from my backpack and lied down on my sofa.
Another session of a lucid dream. To explain things a little further, lucid dreaming is being awake inside your dream or knowing that you are dreaming. Meaning, it gives you control over it and basically you can do anything you want.
I put on some music and wore my headset, closed my eyes. Relaxed myself and slowly fell asleep.
After a few hours, I could hear the music waking me up but I was still half asleep, that is when I lucid dream. I played a certain song and got back to sleep. This part is important, it's my REM phase. I'm not gonna explain that because also I don't understand but I do it.
So I fall back sound asleep and I slowly drift to a dreaming state.
I am walking the hallways of my school, the feeling of stickiness off the marble floor can be felt skidding on the soles of my rubber shoes. But there was no one, it was brightly lit and the sun light can be seen shining from the classroom windows but no other person was present.
It was just me, alone. Roaming the school corridors. Every classroom was empty, the cafeteria that was always filled with laughter and chattering is empty. The whole school was deadsilent with an eerie feeling.
"What happened?" I muttered under my breath
A muffled song plays inside the whole school, a song that sounds familiar.
"I've heard this song. Before I... wait, where was I before coming to school?"
A strong wind blows through the corridors and the whole school starts spinning wildly. I was still standing in place while feeling like an ice sculpture. Not being able to move an inch.
"What's happening? Where am I?" I asked myself as my surroundings turn into a never ending nothingness.
My whole body felt a cold touch as I float uncomfortably in the void. The muffled song sounds clearer and clearer as every second passed.
Slowly familiarizing myself with the song as I close my eyes.
"It's Für Elise... of Beethoven. I'm dreaming right now.
The void blows another wave of wind and there was a cold raspy voice as I realize that I was in a dream.
"Yes you are child; soon you'll be trapped in this void of darkness- Forever." The cold raspy voice a whispered
"No! I'm dreaming."
I focused hard on waking myself back up but the whole void turned back into my school. But this time it was darker... it was destroyed to rubble, cobwebs and dust everywhere, Lockers and arm chairs were bent and rusty.
"STOP! WHY CAN'T I WAKE UP!" I shouted as I panicked
"You'll be trapped here Aleisha. I heard you don't like clowns." The cold raspy voice giggled weirdly
"Wait. No. Please don't."
I felt nervous and scared at the thought of clowns appearing everywhere so I focused on Ms.Redd's apple pies.
"Why are you thinking of pies sweetie? Don't you think I'm more powerful than that."
Creepy laughing clowns started walking out of the broken lockers, some crawled themselves out of the ground.
"STOP!" I screamed as tears started streaming out of my eyes. My heart starts beating wildly and I could feel something gripping my neck, making it hard to breathe.
I closed my eyes shut but the sound of the clown's creepy giggle and annoying nose honking sound is making my knees feel like noodles. I dropped to the ground as a clown grabbed me from behind and putting a balloon sword through me.
It felt like a real blade and I could feel the pain in every inch of my body.
"Please... sto.." I whispered while I lay on the puddle blood with a balloon sword stuck to my back.
"This is a never ending nightmare sweetie." The cold raspy voice said loudly as a dark entity appeared on me.
The dark entity's face couldn't be seen but I was sure that he was changing quickly. It was a spider, then a clown, a monster. His face kept changing while spending every second looking deeply into my eyes.
"So... what do you think of me Aleisha?"
I couldn't speak but inside my head, I was screaming on the top of my lungs as tears streamed down my face.
"You really hate clowns don't you?" The entity giggled with a creepy smile covered in blood.
His faced changes into this creepy clown with a huge smile and a bloody nose. His eyes was huge and full of fear and darkness.
He slowly grabbed the balloon sword poking out my stomach. I could feel pain in every inch of my body.
I was passing out but I couldn't.
Then I could hear voices inside my head... they sound like they were arguing.
"Please help me." I muttered under my breath
Then suddenly I was on my sofa with Für elise playing in my headset. But there were 4 figures in my living room... and I could still feel the unbearable pain in my stomach. I couldn't move then one figure put its hand on the area that felt pain.
The pain subsided and I fell asleep.
