Y/N's POV

6:05 pm

I was just sitting on the edge of my bed while starin' at my phone screen waiting for a call from someone.

"When will you call me?"
I mumbled still staring at the screen as I let out a deep sigh.

I laid on my bed and place my phone beside while my eyes are slowly closing.

Joshua and I are childhood best friends back at LA,California.

But when Dad passed away, my Mom decided to come back here in Seoul. I was still six years old when we moved here.

I continued my studies in a university somewhere here in Seoul until now that I'm on my Senior year.

Me and Joshua are so close since we were little. That's why we both cried so hard as we were about to part ways.

Ever since we both reached high school, he used to contact me every after school hours. It was kinda like our normal routine tho.

But now it's almost 8 pm. It's just not usual.

Did something happened?

I'm all alone now since Mom is always busy with her work. She's a business woman. She always arrived home late so she didn't have time for me.

Joshua don't want me to feel lonely that's why he planned to call me every 6 pm, since school hours ended at 5.

I waited for him for about few more minutes until I realized that it's 8:21. I was a bit sleepy tho so I decided to rest.

The night passed without him calling me.I know that I could've just call him right away but I'm really used to it when he calls first.

Besides, I don't know what he's doing there and maybe if I call him there is a possibility that I'll get to disturb him.
