~Noah~

I was talking to Gabby when I saw Jessica walking out of the ballroom. Man I didn't know why I was falling for her. She kept rejecting me but that made me chase her even more. Something about her seemed to pull me towards her like magnet.

I followed her silently. She looked over her shoulder but I hid behind a wall. When I was sure she wasn't looking I followed her. I saw that two guys were flirting with her. I hid behind the wall and watched. I couldn't let her know I was following her. If she did get in trouble with them then I would rip them apart then and there.

But I didn't need to do anything. She flipped one guy over her shoulder and brought down the other guy with a clean roundhouse kick. Wow. She sure knew how to fight. I saw that she started walking to my bedroom. I smirked silently and followed her. When I entered my room I saw that she wasn't there.

I heard a door open and turned around to see that Jessica emerged from the bathroom. Her eyes widened when she saw me.

"What are you doing here?" She asked suspiciously.

"Actually I should ask you that since this is my house and right now we are standing in my room." I said crossing my arms and smiling mysteriously.

"Oh I'm sorry I was just looking for the bathroom. This one was the closest so I came in here." She said stiffly and tried to go around me but I held her hand to stop her. In a blink of an eye I pinned her to the wall caging her between my arms. She didn't try to free herself but just looked coldly at me.

"I said I wanted to talk. I can do more than just talk." I said smirking. I brought my face closer to her. Just close enough to feel her breath on my face.

"Who taught you how to fight?"

"I'm a fifth degree black belt in karate." She answered. Wow. She was strong. This was going to be fun. I brought my face closer and leaned in, skimming her neck with my nose. I pressed my lips to her ear and nibbled on her earlobe. I heard her sharp intake of breath and smiled to myself.

"This is going to be a long, long night." I whispered in a low and husky voice.

I was enjoying myself  quite a bit when I felt a sharp pain in my lower body. Then I realised that she had kicked me in the groin. I momentarily froze and then bent down to cradle my crotch.  She tried to run away but I caught her wrist. I was thankful for the years I spent training.

Her eyes were wild. I kicked her in the side. She didn't fall. She just clutched the side of my bed for support. Normally I didn't fight girls but this one was a tough rookie and she started it. She punched my face but I turned around and caught her wrist attempting to flip her over my shoulder. But she caught my hip blocking the attack and spun around, kicking my chest. I staggered back clutching my chest. I didn't feel anything crack so i knew that my bones were intact.

So she liked to play dirty. Fine she's gonna get it then. This time I kicked her in the gut. She staggered back clutching her stomach. I tried to kick her again but she caught my leg and spin-kicked me. We both staggered back from the impact. That time her brother and my dad came in just as we were about to punch. Both of them pulled us away.

"Why were you hitting her?" My dad asked seriously.

I looked at her. She was talking furiously with her brother. I looked at my dad. "She was the one to hit me first. And she is a fifth degree black belt." I added in case he thought I was abusing her.

He blew our a breath in frustration. "Apologise to her."

I crossed my arms. "No." I said stubbornly. At that Gabby entered and looked between me and dad.

Dad glared at me. "Gabby handle your brother." He said and walked towards Jessica and her brother and engaged himself in a conversation with both of them.

Gabby turned towards me. "What happened?"

I explained her how Jessica came in my bedroom and how we started fighting.  "I'm sorry but I'm with Jessica on this one. I mean if she didn't like you then why force her?" I grunted.

"Hey she started the fight so I had to end it."

"No if she started the fight and you would have let go of her like any other normal person then this wouldn't have done."

I just couldn't apologise to her. She was too arrogant for her own good. I saw her say some thing to my dad, glare at me and then walked out of the room with her brother at her heels.

Dad glared at me. "You should be happy that she didn't file a case against you. Your imcompetence could've cost us this deal. Don't do this again."

"I'm sorry dad I won't." I said stiffly. I had to keep my temper in control. But there was no way I was apologising to her.

Dad nodded. "She said she has shifted here so the next time you see her please don't behave rashly." I nodded.
