Yes! Welcome to The Flame Award...
Hey wannabe judges! Here is the criteria for the judge that we need. It might sound harsh, but we need you be honest about this. We can't have a softie or a person that will bail out at the last minute.
Here are some questions that you are going to want to be able to answer with a "yes":
(You don't actually have to answer them here, just inside your head)
Can you be brutally honest about the work you are judging even if it means hurting the writers feelings?
Are you often available on Wattpad so we can contact you?
Do you stick with things to the very end and don't bail out last minute?
Do you even want to be a judge?
Can you quickly read books and complete reviews for them?
And finally, the most important...:
Are you fluent in English (or the language you are judging)? We can't have someone who doesn't actually know if the grammar in the book is correct or not.
If your answer is yes to all of the above, then welcome! You are perfect!
