Chapter 2: Shinju and Keiko

Third P.O.V

"Where have you been?" a female voice asked.

The girl wore a light yellow crop top with frilly darker yellow straps just bellow her shoulders. She also wore a white wavy skirt that finished at her thigh. Her eyes were silver and glowed slightly.

There was an exceed on her shoulder that was white with yellow tipped ears, tails and paws. She wore the same outfit as the girl she was with and had brown eyes. The wizard also wore Pearl coloured ballerina shoes that were made with velvet. She wore a white beaded bracelet on her left wrist. Her guild mark was a light yellow and on the side of her stomach.

"Yeah, where have you been?" Asked the exceed.

"We've been at the waterfall, Shinju, Keiko," Amaya answered.

"You're okay, you had us so worried," Shinju shouted whilst hugging her.

"Can we go inside now?" the two exceeds asked.

"Of course," the dragon slayers replied. They went through the doors.

There was a circular stairway in the middle of the hall and by there was a green haired girl and a pink haired girl fighting. By them was an exceed and a young girl and boy. The exceed was a light gray and had a black tail and black tipped ears and paws. She wore a green dress with an ivy pattern and a sword and bow and arrows. Her eyes were green

"Come on lets go to the bar?" Shinju said. They then walked towards the bar and brought some drinks.

"Is it true that Master Kaede has something to tell us?" Amaya asked.

"Yes she did, she was waiting for some of us to come back so it should be soon," Shinju replied.

"Can you two be quite, Noa and Yui," Mio the bartender, who was wearing a pink dress, shouted. The girls who were arguing walked to her. Noa was wearing a silver skirt with a silver and white top in the same design as Lucy's blue one. Her hair was pink and finished at her shoulders at her sides and at her at her back it went down to her thigh and was tipped an ice colour. She wore knee high white boots with a silver zip and buckle and her eyes were the colour of ice. Her guild mark was just aboveher left breast and was an ice colour.

Yui wore an ivy patterned crop top and a high skirt that had a leaf pattern to it and both were dark green. She didn't have shoes on and her guild mark was on the centre of her lower back and was the same colour as her hair. Her hair was a pale greeen and was in 7 bunches that were held together by ivy wrapping around them three quarters of her hair and her hair reached just above her waist and her eyes were a deep green.

Mio was wearing a pink dress that reached her knees and was a low cut with a strap that went around her neck. She wore amushest boots that were perfectly smooth and were slip ons. Her guild mark was on her neck and was light pink with an outline of dark pink and her eyes were hazel. White hair fell to her shoulders and carried on until it reached her hands.

"Sorry about that," Noa apologised.

"Sorry, we were quite loud," Yui apologised.

"Sorry about them," the exceed apologised.

"Ran, you don't have to apologise for us," Yui complained.

"Wow, what's all the commotion for!" a male voice exclaimed. The group turned around to see a young man and a girl.

"Mamoru, Yuki!" Yui and Noa exclaimed.

Mamoru was wearing a gray cloak with a black strip outlining it and it also had a black hood. Underneath he was wearing a gray button up shirt and baggy black trousers and black boots that reached just above his ankles and were lace ups. His hair was het black and he had brown eyes and pale skin. Had had a black guild mark on the centre of his upper back.

Yuki had ice coloured hair that reached to her shoulders at the sides and reached egg bottom at the back and she had ice coloured eyes. Her guild mark was on top of her right breast and was an ice flame colour with an outline of dark blue. She wore a crop top that didn't have straps that was a really light blue and had a skirt that reached just above her knees and was slightly darker than her crop top. On her feet were glass heels. She had fur arm bands covering her forearms.

"You're back!" cried Akiko. She had black hair that reached her chest and wore a black and white dress that reached the middle of her thighs an had black boots that reached her knees. Her guild mark was black with a white outline that was on her thigh. She had brown eyes.

A boy was next to her had brown hair that was spiky and a guild mark at the back of his neck in a fire colour and also had Red Devil slayer marks. He wore a red tunic and crimson trousers and dark red shoes. His eyes were brown. Akiko was 9 and Roy was 10.

"Look who I found at the library," Mamoru joked. Some people laughed at the joke.

"Everyone gather around!" shouted a female voice. It was Master Kaede. She had red wispy hair that reached her chest and she had brown eyes and had a fire design guild mark on the outside of her lower thigh. Her clothes consisted of a long red dress that splits as her thigh showing off her guild mark. She had red boots that reached he knees and had a red gem bracelet. Everyone turned towards her.

"I have something to tell you," she said into a microphone. They watched in anticipation. "This year Phoenix Flame is entering the Grand Magic Games!" The guild erupted into moans.

"I know you don't want to, but if we want better jobs this is one way to get the," she continued.

"Then lets do it then!" Screamed Akiko.

"So this year, it is 21 days long, it alternates days in the 7 times table each year. In this year there are 6 wizard in each team!" she shouted. "So here are the members for the team; Shinju, Amaya, Yui," she started.

"Well those three were a given," mumbled Moi.

"Yuki, Noa," she continued.

"Yay! They made it!" shouted Akiko.

"Well they were also a given," mumbled Yoshiyuki.

"I wonder who the last will be," wondered Azumi.

"and Mamoru!" she finished.

"Well I guess he was guessable," Roy mumbled.

"The games are in 4 months. Those in team will be training. Now can I see the team in my office," she said. The team went to her office with the exceeds.

"For the first month you will be reading about the guilds who got through last year as they will likely get through this year and will be your biggest competition with the exceeds because they will be with you most of the time," Madter Kaede told them. "So now let's celebrate!" Music started and everyone started dancing.
