The big suprise

Allie reaches into her bag and rummages around looking for the present . She pulls out a small gift wrapped in paper with the words SURPRISE in big letters written on it. Leon looks at her rather confused and then opens it but when he sees it he looks shocked. Allie looks at him trying to figure out if he is happy or annoyed. After what feels like ages has gone by Leon finally hugs her and expresses how exited he is to be an uncle. Then his face turns serious as he turns to her and asks
"Does he know?"
Allie looks him in the eye
"No and it's going to stay that way, my child isn't having an abusive father in their life"
"Agreed! Instead they will have an amazing mummy and a gay uncle that both love them so much"
Allie looks at him smiling but with her eyes full of tears, Leon pulls her into his arms for a hug
After a lot of laughs and a few tears Leon goes and gets his favourite teddy bear (Mr snuffles) and gets into bed next to Allie. Ever since they were kids he wouldn't sleep without it.
"Sleepover!" Leon exclaims with a smile so big that Allie can't help but smile as well. They lay next to each other in bed, laughing lots and watching horror movies. If you didn't know them you would assume that they were a couple, and a cute one at that, but they're the best of friends. They would go on lunch dates and cuddle while watching horror movies, and whenever Allie would get scared she would bury her head into Leon's neck and he would laugh at her. They were perfect for each other, they never fought but would play fight daily. They protected each other to the ends of the earth and would do just about anything for each other. After all they were the only family they had anymore.
